Team Tasting Day & Pizza Challenge
The team descended on Dineindulge HQ and were hard at work tasting all of our new menu items. We continually review the choices we offer based on feedback from our team of chefs and clients to ensure we have the best selection of dishes which utilise local produce. We all love food and bring a different perspective to each dish which really helps us to analyse and improve our offering.
With our executive head chef Rod taking the lead, we tested out an exciting new sharing menu alongside new and improved options for our existing menus. Each dish is thoroughly tested and evaluated on taste, presentation and the ease of preparation in a domestic kitchen. We also take into consideration seasonality of the ingredients and how our chefs can put their own spin on the menu to ensure it works perfectly for the ultimate Dineindulge experience.
After a full day of food and photos, it was time to unwind with even more food and an open bar! The oven was fired up for our pizza making challenge and the competition arrived from our sister company McBaile Exclusive Catering. Flour was thrown, pizzas were tossed and in the end there was only one winner decided by Rod and chef Davide who awarded the winning team a prized bar of Willie’s Cacao.
Back in the office we’re making a few final tweaks to the new dishes and we’ll be ready to launch soon. Watch this space!
