The idea of Dineindulge is to bring the luxury of a restaurant dining experience in to the comfort of your home and we achieve this though our private chef hire service. The service includes your own private chef who will freshly prepare, cook and serve your chosen Dineindulge menu by taking over your kitchen and equipment in the home. They will serve it to you at the table and clear everything away afterwards. With a choice of over 20 menus available, the Dineindulge service will make any occasion that little bit more special.
With an experienced private chef in your kitchen, you can be sure that every dish served is presented beautifully and professionally, as if you’re in a high-end restaurant. The high standards that every personal chef has, will create an elegant and sophisticated private dining experience.
One of the most common questions we get asked is “Who are our private chefs?” and this is a question we love to talk about. Private chefs are some of the most talented and admired chefs in the industry because of the vast array of skills they must display and the high level to which they must achieve in each of these skill areas. The status of being a private chef is also greatly desired which is why we receive more chef applications on a monthly basis than any other company in the UK according to the recruitment platform Indeed.
So with no shortage of applications, our recruitment team’s job is be able to select the strongest candidates based on skill set, attitude and ability and create an environment for these chefs to flourish. Our dedicated chef relations team then carefully pick through all flagged candidates and begin the detailed process of taking a chef from a name on an application to a chef capable of delivering a 10 Course Beyond Tasting menu for a Dineindulge party in their own home.
With this strict recruitment process for all of our chef’s, we demand the highest of standards and as such our team of private chefs are the most qualified and professional chefs to be found anywhere. They take great pride in what they do allowing us to guarantee the same level of service for every client. To give you an understanding of the quality of the chefs we work with, we would like to introduce to your 4 of our team; Sam, Andrej, Patrícia and Lech have all worked closely with our development team with the production of our menus.
Sam Billson – Head Development Chef for Dineindulge
Sam worked for Dineindulge as a private chef for 2 years with exceptional skill and attention to detail before we decided he was the ideal candidate to lead our development team and run our in house tasting kitchen. For us it was essential to have an experienced Dineindulge private chef leading our menu development and Sam’s overall review score of 4.99/5.00 only cemented his qualities as the right chef for the job.
Before joining us full time, Sam worked as the head chef for No.5 in Exeter. Prior to this, Sam spent 3 years at Sandy Park, home of the Exeter Chiefs and Exeter’s Premier Conference & Banqueting Centre. Sam’s professional resume includes some of Devon’s most successful establishments including Exeter’s Mercure Southgate Hotel, The Lazy Toad at Brampford Speke and the former Magdalen Chapter.
Andrej joined Dineindulge private chef team in September 2020. When he’s not busy cooking up a storm in our clients kitchens, he works as a Chef Director Consultant. As a former Executive Sous Chef at restaurants including The Ritz London, The Fat Duck in Bray, and Chef de Partie at Ramsay’s Royal Hospital Road; Andrej brings a wealth of culinary experience to our team.
He has had a passion for fresh and sustainable food from a young age and has worked at many of Europe’s finest restaurants including Tantris, Taubenkoebel, Restaurant Zur Blauen Gans, and Julius Meindl.
Last month we were also excited to welcome Andrej’s wife Antonia to our private chef team, as they became the first husband and wife duo ever to represent Dineindulge.
Patrícia is highly skill professional chef who manages her own catering business. She prides herself in providing bespoke experiences for her customers including cooking masterclass and corporate events. Alongside this, Patrícia is a consultant for education catering specifically for private schools in and around Oxfordshire.
Prior to setting up her own business, Patrícia has worked at a variety of luxury venues, including the Manoir Aux Quatre Saisons, producing fine dining experiences.
