A Gluten Free Experience
In 2020, it’s highly likely that if you are organising a dinner party you’ll have at least one coeliac or gluten-intolerant dinner guest. Here at Dineindulge, we believe that having a dietary requirement shouldn’t mean you that you have to miss out on the delights of delicious fine dining.
We have found that 84% of our bookings now have at least one entirely Gluten-Free guest and we understand that eating Gluten-Free can be a nerve-wracking experience; the pesky protein compound is hidden everywhere after all. Therefore, our events team and private chefs work hard to adapt our dishes to accommodate all dietary requirements. The great news is, there’s a huge variety of Gluten-Free alternatives out there, meaning, we are confident you won’t notice the gluten missing in our dishes in fact, we think you will love them without.
The majority of our dishes are easily adapted to accommodate gluten-free guests. Dineindulge private chefs work with fresh ingredients and have a wealth of dietary knowledge meaning they can easily modify dishes to suit a variety of dietary requirements. We ask for any guests with dietaries to select their desired dishes and we will work with our personal chefs and you to ensure they are suitably altered. If we feel that the particular dish will not be equally delicious gluten-free, which is not often the case, then we will send over some alternative choices for you. See some examples below…

We may recommend making some of our dishes gluten-free for all guests, this is to help prevent cross-contamination during food prep and cooking. This is particularly important if you have coeliac guests, even one crumb of gluten can start causing damage. The majority of the time, Gluten-Free food tastes exactly the same as regular food, and in some cases, it tastes better. For example, our Sicilian Orange Drizzle Cake, found on our Italian Express menu, is delicious made with ground almonds and polenta.
