Organising catering for a party can be a time consuming and stressful process. From sourcing the party caterer to planning the menu, it’s difficult to know where to start.

At Dineindulge we’ve reduced the time and removed all the stress of organising party catering with our party chef experience. We provide you with a delicious selection of set menus to choose from, a quick and easy online booking and management platform and a dedicated specialist events team who are there to organise your party catering for you.

One of the key motivations here at Dineindulge is to make booking a party caterer quick, easy and accessible to everyone and as such we want to make the hiring of a party chef a genuine alternative to eating out, hence our tag line “Bringing the Restaurant to You”.

In order to do this, it’s important for us to educate people on who we are, how the service works and most importantly that this experience is now available and it’s easy to book for anyone across all our service areas.

What does a Party Chef do?

A party chef (also know as a private chef) will prepare and cook for you in your own home or accommodation. Therefore, unlike in a restaurant where the chef/s cater for a large number of different groups of people, a personal chef is catering specifically for you, the customer who booked them, and your guests.

The private chef’s job is to meet the needs and requirements of specifically your party and do this all in the comfort and surroundings of your home. They also do all the shopping, service and clearing away and this is why we call it a private chef experience.

How to book our Party Catering Experience

The concept of Dineindulge is to do all the hard work for you so hiring a private chef becomes as easy as ordering a takeout. You don’t need to worry about finding the chef, vetting them, interviewing them, trialing them or even telling the chef what to do as we’ve done all of this for you.

When you book Dineindulge you can relax in the knowledge that wherever you are, we’ll provide you with the best private chef available who is more than capable of delivering the restaurant quality party catering experience you desire in the comfort of your own home.

Here’s How Our Party Catering Service Works

The aim of our party catering service is to make the booking process from choosing a menu to the arrival of your party chef (at the place & time you want them) as quick & easy as possible for you.

This is how we do it…

Select the location, date & estimated no. of guests for your party.

2 - Menu Choice

Browse our delicious selection of set menus & choose one to your liking.

3 - Your Order

On selection the full price of the booking is displayed for you.

4 - Book & Pay

Once you’re happy you can book & pay for your order securely online.

5 - Can’t Decide?

Select any menu, pay just a £60 deposit & change your menu choice up to 14 days before your party.

6 - Relax...

Sit back, relax & we’ll organise the rest for you.

All that is left for you to do is confirm the time you want the service & your full party address. You’ll be sent an email requesting this information as well as asking for any dietary requirements and individual menu choice selections.

If we have any questions we’ll contact you (but we’re open 8am to 6pm Monday to Saturday if you need us) & your party chef will call you the week of the event to introduce themselves & answer any questions you may have.

On the day of your party, the chef will arrive approximately 2 – 4 hours (depending on the menu) before the start of service. Your party chef will bring all the ingredients to prepare the meal in your kitchen. They’ll cook you each dish, serve and then clean down the kitchen after.

Please note. For small groups (below 12) your party chef will be able to serve each course to you but for larger groups, if you require table service, you may want to book a waiter. If so just ask your event manager who will happily refer you to one of our preferred suppliers.
