Here’s How to Hire a Chef in Brighton

The aim of our service is to make the whole process from hiring a chef in Brighton & choosing a menu to the arrival of your private chef (at the place & time you want them) as quick & easy as possible for you.

This is how we do it…

1 - Your Event

Select the location, date & estimated no. of guests for your event.

2 - Menu Choice

Browse our delicious selection of set menus & choose one to you liking.

3 - Your Order

On selection the full price of the booking is displayed for you.

4 - Book & Pay

Once you’re happy you can book & pay for your order securely online.

5 - Can’t Decide?

Select any menu, pay just a £60 deposit & change your menu choice up to 14 days before your event.

6 - Relax...

Sit back, relax & we’ll organise the rest for you.

What Happens Next?

All that is left for you to do is confirm the time you want your chef to service & your full event address. You’ll be sent an email requesting this information as well as asking for any dietary requirements and individual menu choice selections.

If we have any questions we’ll contact you (but we’re open 8am to 6pm Monday to Saturday if you need us) & your chef will call you the week of the party to introduce themselves & answer any questions you may have.

On the day of your event, the chef will arrive approximately 2 – 4 hours (depending on the menu) before the start of service. The chef will bring all the ingredients to prepare the meal in your kitchen. They’ll cook you each dish and then clean down the kitchen after.

Please note. For small groups (below 10) the chefs may have time to serve each course to you but for larger groups, if you require table service, you may want to book a waiter. If so just ask your event manager who will happily do this for you through one of our preferred suppliers.
