This 10-course tasting menu presents the perfect opportunity for you to try something you perhaps wouldn’t otherwise order. Whether that’s Champagne & Caviar, Poached Lobster Tail or Breaded Ox Cheek, our new flavoursome in home chef menu is guaranteed to get your tastebuds tingling.

We’ve taken careful consideration when designing this menu to ensure your entire Dineindulge chef hire experience is special for you and your guests. Each dish has been selected to provide a balanced menu, allowing our professional team of private chefs to showcase their talents in the comfort of your home.

This Deluxe menu kicks off with Gravlax served with Champagne & Caviar; two premium ingredients which will get any party started. Followed by a seafood favourite, Seared Scallop served with a vibrant Beetroot Puree. Next up, our delicious and tender Duo of Quail followed by our fish course, Lobster Tail complimented with a fragrant Lemongrass and Coconut Mousse. Finishing off the first half of the menu is our rich and creamy Parmesan Sabayon Pappardelle.

Time to cleanse your palate with our Lemon and Thyme Granita before moving onto the main event; Fillet of Beef with Breaded Ox Cheek. Our Cornish Blue Cheese and White Chocolate Ganache is the perfect combination of savoury and sweet before moving onto our refreshing Blueberry and Elderflower pre-dessert. Completing the menu with a rich and creamy chocolate dessert served with a crunchy Salted Caramel Pecan Bark.
