Private Chef Ideas for Your Hen Party
The first month of the new year has flown by and hen party season is already well underway for our Spring brides. The hen houses are booked and activities are planned but what about the evening festivities? As guests on a hen weekend often don’t know each other, throwing a dinner party is a great way to get your group together as a bonding experience on the first night or as a fun way to celebrate without leaving the comfort of your accommodation. As the organiser, the thought of cooking for a large number of people with various dietary requirements can be stressful so why not let us take on the challenge! All you need to do is sit back, pour and drink and enjoy your evening.
We have a range of menus designed to suit your budget and requirements. Our themed Express menus are particularly popular with hen groups and you can choose from a range of two or three courses from French, Italian, Asian and Spanish. If you’re looking for a more casual setting, we have Sharing and Platter menus which come with 6 or 8 options and, fingers crossed, if the sun is shining you can also opt for a gourmet barbecue featuring a selection of meats, salads and breads topped off with a freshly prepared dessert. For a decadent daytime activity, we can also come in and prepare brunch or afternoon tea for you and your guests.
If you are looking to make your experience even more memorable, here are some fun ideas to team with your private chef:
- Murder Mystery Evening – Whilst you are busy playing detective your chef will prepare and serve your courses in between each act so you can focus on Whodunnit?
- Naked Butler – Hunks in Trunks (hunksintrunks.co.uk) will send you a naked butler to serve dinner and drinks, play hen games or just to add a bit of cheeky fun to the festivities.
- Mr & Mrs Quiz – Put your bride to the test with this ultimate hen party game. Beware – if any questions are answered incorrectly there will be forfeits!
