On Wednesday 15th October, the Dineindulge team were delighted to provide a private chef service for The Imposters Dinner Experience – a Traitors-inspired evening of dining and deception hosted by Adventure Connections and Office Christmas, with immersive entertainment from West End Events at the stunning Brighton Pavilion Gatehouse.
The event brought together 24 guests, including journalists and content creators, for a night of mystery, laughter, and a touch of treachery. The central townhouse venue is usually known for large group stays, but was completely transformed with glowing uplighters, cloaked guests, and candlelight setting the scene for an evening of immersive theatre and interactive dining.
As the drama unfolded between courses, guests enjoyed a beautifully crafted three-course meal prepared by our very own private chefs.
Starters included garlic prawns or mushrooms in a rich red pepper and paprika cream sauce, followed by a main of roasted chicken breast and pulled thigh with mustard and lemon gravy, or feta and walnut stuffed hasselback butternut squash for our vegetarian guests.
Dessert sealed the evening with indulgence – a treacle tart with clotted cream or a silky avocado chocolate mousse topped with caramelised pecans.
The dining room itself became part of the story as guests were randomly divided into three groups of faithfuls, with two imposters secretly planted in each. Throughout the evening, guests took part in a series of light-hearted challenges designed to test trust, teamwork, and intuition all while trying to work out who among them was lying.
