Very friendly professional nd accommodating food was excellent and service too very impressed all round

Had an amazing 5 course meal prepared by Bryan. Absolutely delicious and he came along with a lovely young lady to help. They were both so kind and friendly and the standard of each dish was beyond our expectations. Incredible and felt like we had known them for ever. Outstanding in every way and left the kitchen spotless.

First time using a private chef but will not be the last, we had an excellent time, food was delicious all served hot , well presented and was tidied up once finished. Any leftovers were eaten as midnight snack and still delish. I would recommend these and will be using them again.

Scott was a legend - perfect food, perfectly presented bang on time. Some of our dietary orders didn\'t come through correctly through the system, but otherwise great!

Amazing evening on Sunday for a friends birthday at forest holiday lodges in Thetford forest. Julis was prompt, friendly, approachable, the food he served was amazing and he was so professional and got involved and chatted and made us all feel really comfortable. We really enjoyed Michael and Archie cooking for us, was such a great experience and the food was delicious. They bought their own plates and boards so everything looked super professional and there was the right amount of interaction so you did not feel strange having chefs in your home! Really positive and fun experience. We would definitely use them and dine and indulge again.

Chef Bernard was lovely, he arrived on time and started service on time, he was very professional and left our kitchen clean including all the things he used. Disappointing we have to provide our plates and cutlery as with other private chefs this comes included! Surely the plating and food need to be paired. Nevertheless chef Bernard washed and re-served using our plates ( not a reflection on him) but given we paid for the all-bell and whistle menu I would expect some nice plates for serving. The food was a little cold but assuming because a lot was prepped beforehand. The food was not to the michelin style standard we were expecting from your advertisements and Instagram pages. But this was not a reflection on the chef but I think more of the dine indulge offering. As such we would use an alternative service for our next event.

The food was excellent and beautifully presented. The vegetarian dishes were incredibly delicious and delighted my vegetarian guests. Cayetano was a pleasure to have at our event - fun, interesting, and very hospitable. We deeply appreciated his attention to one of our guests who had particular dietary needs. This meal was the centrepiece of our wedding and we couldn\'t have been more pleased with it. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience.

I am wishing to make a complaint in the experience we had. Firstly I would like to state that this is nothing to do with the Chef, he was a lovely guy and did his best under the circumstances. We arranged for the chef to attend and serve for 5pm on Saturday, this was for my mother in law who has terminal cancer for her 80th Birthday, so you can imagine that we wanted to make this experience the best it could be. We had invited her family for the weekend to come so it was special for her, they have 2 autistic children so keeping in a set routine and meal times is essential. I received a call from your company on Thursday asking if the serve time could be changed from 5pm to 6pm - I agreed to this as it was only an hours difference. On Saturday at nearly 5.30pm I received a call from your company to say that the chef had car trouble and would now not be attending until 7/7.30pm for dinner at 8.30pm - although this was too late we did not have enough food in for 8 people so we agreed and fed the children. The chef did not arrive to our property until 8.20pm, as this was later than we were told not long after we had to put our mother in law to bed as she was exhausted and knowing that it would take the chef at least an hour and a half to sort any sort of food my father in law also went on to bed. The children also had to be put to bed as they were starting to get stressed. I would like to highlight that Yanash the chef was a lovely man and could not have tried harder as he could see how bad the situation was and the fact that he was not the chef that should have originally been attending, this complaint is not a reflection towards him in anyway. My compliant is with your company, this situation was awful, we didn\'t get to enjoy the night how we should have, we didn\'t get to celebrate what will be our last birthday with our mother in law, we didn\'t get her give her the birthday cake that was made by her daughter and with all her family there to get nice pictures and capture what should have been a lovely evening. It was uncomfortable that there was on the 4 of us sitting waiting for food, we didn\'t get our main meal until nearly midnight. I can not stress what a horrible situation this was for everyone, but in particular for myself and my husband as we had went to so much effort to make this a special weekend and all it did was ruin this occasion for us with the stress it caused. We have had private chefs in our home on numerous occasions but this is the first time we have ever used your company and I am not happy at all and I would like to discuss this further with someone, so please call me on my mobile.
