Our chef Cayetano was brilliant. Punctual, friendly, professional and with a group as silly and intoxicated as ours he managed to maintain that professionalism and had a fantastic sense of humour! We appreciate him making our evening so special. Food was excellent, he really knows what he’s doing

We arranged a reservation with DineIndulge for a group dinner in Norfolk, and I would like to express my overall satisfaction with the booking process. However, it is worth noting that the system\'s rigidity limited our ability to accommodate certain specific requests from our group. For instance, one guest wanted the cream sauce to be served on the side of her dish, but regrettably, this request was not feasible, and she had to opt for a non-dairy dish instead, which came as somewhat unexpected. On the day of the event, the food provided was delectable. Nevertheless, there appeared to be some confusion within the kitchen regarding the allocation of dishes to the respective guests, despite each order being associated with a specific name at the time of placement. Regrettably, when the dinner was served, it became evident that two steak dishes were missing, while two additional fish dishes were presented. This discrepancy led to confusion among our group and also in the kitchen itself. I acknowledge that occasional lapses in memory can occur, especially when orders are placed well in advance. Nevertheless, it would have been prudent for the kitchen staff to have access to a list containing names and corresponding orders, given that the orders were initially submitted in this manner. I strongly recommend that such a list be provided to the chefs in order to prevent such confusion in the future. Apart from this issue, the service provided by DineIndulge was very good, and the chef had a high level of professionalism and courtesy.

Chris (chef) was simply excellent - from the food he prepared for us, to his polite and warming character. The kitchen was left spotless, and all mouths were very well fed. Would definitely recommend and use this service for future requirements..

A really enjoyable evening

We had a lovely evening. Food was delicious and well presented. The chef was friendly and professional. I was surprised that our chef lived two hours drive away from us and that Dineindulge hadn’t found someone more local ( we are in Berkshire ) but he had obviously been happy to take this job, and arrived at expected time so it caused no issues.

Our Chef, Julian, was exceptional. The menu was extensive and superb. We have no idea how a professional can create such exceptional food in our kitchen, for so many people, whilst leaving the room cleaner than he started! This is our second time using Dineindulge, we totally recommend.

The whole experience was amazing. Peter and Nicolette were very professional but very friendly also. The food was amazing and the communication between us and the two of them was spot on. I would like to however comment on the email that I received from your company confirming the arrival time. Within that email was a paragraph about not expecting gratuity but if we considered this then 10% is the suggested rate. I find this to be a contradiction, but also if it’s not expected why put the note in about the expected percentage? We are not in the USA where tips are expected and to suggest such is actually pressurising clients to do so. Other than that it’s been a very memorable experience
