I cannot fault our chef Bruno, he was fabulous on the night. However, there were a couple of issues that spoilt our evening and I am very disappointed with. First of all on 15/9, you sent me a copy of the menu. I replied and questioned the menu as all the necessary dietary requirements had not been met with the starters. We had 1 x vegan guest, 1 x guest with no butter and cheese and 1 x dairy free guest, so we should have had 3 x starters with alternatives to goats cheese. I was informed by Victor that this had all been covered in the ‘Event Details’ of my portal and when I checked it had. However, on the night there was only one starter that did not contain goats cheese. When I asked Bruno, he showed me the menu he had been sent which was the menu I had questioned without the additional details (so 1 x vegan guest). This meant that 2 of our guests were unable to eat the starters.The menu said that the starter would be a red onion tart with grilled goats cheese (plant based feta as an alternative). There was no red onion in any of the tarts and no plant based feta so the vegan alternative was simply some pastry! The menu also said that the vegetarian main would be a feta and crispy sage stuffed hassleback butternut squash (plant based feta alternative for vegan), however it was simply slices of butternut squash and the feta was served in a bowl on the table (no crispy sage and no plant based alternative).Considering I double checked everything thoroughly with you before the event and we had spent a lot of money on the meal I was very disappointed with the above, I understand that not all ingredients may be available but we should have been informed of this prior to the meal. The most disappointing part is that two of guests went without started despite me querying this a few days before and our vegan guest was simply served some pastry! I would not recommend DineIndulge or use you again based on my experience and I expect some compensation for the 2 x starters that were not accounted for and the third starter of pastry.

Jamie was brilliant, he was flexible with timings and all good was served hot and delicious. The kitchen was spotless afterwards and the food was so incredible!

A lovely experience for myself and guests. Peter our chef was polite and courteous at all times, cooking lovely and well presented food dishes. Great food and professional manor throughout, overall much better than anticipated and would definitely recommend and use again.

This is the 3rd time that we have used your company and we absolutely love it. Your chefs are so professional. They turn up in plenty of time, work calmly and efficiently within the space provided, deliver amazing food and clean up the space leaving it even better than they found it. Our chef Sarah was a true professional. She was punctual, her food presentation and taste were both incredible, and her level of attentiveness was spot on. The kitchen was spotless when she left. This was our first experience for something of this nature, and it well exceeded our expectations. Can’t fault anything throughout the process or the night, and most of that praise can be attributed to Sarah. Well done.

Henry is an amazing chef and made our evening extra special. He was friendly but professional and managed to cook up a feast in very challenging circumstances. We’ll definitely book him again

This experience was fabulous start to finish, the food was incredible, the chefs didn’t ask a single thing from us, everything was served beautifully.I couldn’t have asked for anything more, the chefs even joined us for a toast to celebrate our occasion, there friendliness made the day so much more memorable.

Our chef Edward was wonderful. The food was a bit underwhelming- the fried items on our salads were not very tasty and were cold- just not very good- but the salads were beautiful. The main dishes were ok- the vegetarian was quite good. The salmon was adequate. The chicken was very good. The chocolate ganache did not feel homemade- but it tasted good. The cheesecake was not very good- the crust was good but the lemon curd on top was excessive. But, we had a lovely evening- but I feel we did not get the quality we were expecting. And- what I would have preferred- was to have given the chef a budget of $700 and allow him to cook a meal of his choice and do it in front of us so that we could learn.

The only feedback (given on the day) was the sausages on the pulled pork hotdog (whilst tasted good) looked very anaemic - they just needs browning off. May very well have been due to the cooker but that was the only feedback. The food itself tasted amazing & everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. Thanks

Chef Jessica was great, very professional and the event ran smoothly. Foodwise, the steak was just ok but everything else was delicious.

Food was brilliant and our chef was so nice! He was super accommodating and let us change timings on the night. It was the perfect evening.

David catered formy mum’s 60th birthday – and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The food was delicious and David left the kitchen spotless which meant we could just relax and enjoy the evening with family. Mum was absolutely delighted – and so were all the guests!

I would say 4.5 but that isn’t an option. It was very good!

A friendly, professional chef arrived at our holiday home, presented us with some fabulous dishes and made our family birthday celebration extremely special. When he left at the end, the kitchen was left spotlessly clean.
