Jordan was amazing and very informative of Scottish and English food. He was very charismatic and amicable and we enjoyed his conversation as well as his food! It was a very entertaining and enjoyable experience that I would gladly repeat or recommend to others. Unforgetable food and an amazing Chef.

Our chef was wonderful! The food was delicious, beautifully presented and Chef was great company too, making the party not just a gastronomic delight but such fun too! His assistant was so helpful and kind. Overall we are delighted with dineindulge and will most definitely be using you again next time we have a big gathering! Thank you!!

The chef was very stressed on arrival, mainly due to the traffic jams caused by the tour du France, which meant that he arrived late. I also think that the villa was a bit too far out of Bordeaux for him. The proteins were cooked very well and were delicious. There were no griddle cakes on the Spring Onion starter, just loose sweetcorn and tortillas. The plating of the duck dish was inconsistent (one plate had only three tiny pieces of duck a single Croquette.

Edouard arrived on time was polite, well organised and extremely keen to ensure that our dinner ran at our own pace and we were not rushed. He interacted with our guests explaining the different courses. The food was presented beautifully and tasted delicious, we could not have wished for better. My kitchen was immaculate in his departure. I would highly recommend.

Really delighted with the whole experience. Very professional from the organisation all the way through to the meal itself. Our Chef, Claudia De Paola, was friendly and very talented. We would definitely recommend.

Food was beautifully prepared, slightly overcooked steak only fault

I thought Luca was excellent. If the rest of your personel are of his calibre you will indeed be fortunate.

We were very disappointed with the kitchen cleaning. Surfaces, cooking utensils, doors etc were left greasy and worst of all an oven tray was left full of burnt on food from the soy and honey sticky chicken, no attempt made to clean it,

Matt was our Chef. The whole experience from booking to seeing a clean kitchen after was excellent. Matt was amazing - in his chef whites he surprised the birthday girl and took us through an evening of amazing food, introducing each course and in between courses (5). The choice was superb, the food was sensational- cooked to perfection and plentiful- just a perfect balance. I cannot recommend this enough. It’s special and sophisticated and unbelievably priced. Matt was so polite, warm, enthusiastic. The evening was so special. And again - the cleaning up was all done. So an even better end. I will try and post photos ~ open crab ravioli, pea fritters, steak (huge rib eye), bream, mac and cheese Bon bons, crème brûlée, choc moose, with pineapple and passion fruit egg and soldiers, and a strawberry honeycomb delicious amuse bouche - all local, fresh from the sea a couple of miles away in the morning!! The sauces - I could have just had them with a straw . I will be using these guys again. Stunning, special, and incredible value. THANK YOU
