Food was beautifully prepared, slightly overcooked steak only fault

I thought Luca was excellent. If the rest of your personel are of his calibre you will indeed be fortunate.

We were very disappointed with the kitchen cleaning. Surfaces, cooking utensils, doors etc were left greasy and worst of all an oven tray was left full of burnt on food from the soy and honey sticky chicken, no attempt made to clean it,

Matt was our Chef. The whole experience from booking to seeing a clean kitchen after was excellent. Matt was amazing - in his chef whites he surprised the birthday girl and took us through an evening of amazing food, introducing each course and in between courses (5). The choice was superb, the food was sensational- cooked to perfection and plentiful- just a perfect balance. I cannot recommend this enough. It’s special and sophisticated and unbelievably priced. Matt was so polite, warm, enthusiastic. The evening was so special. And again - the cleaning up was all done. So an even better end. I will try and post photos ~ open crab ravioli, pea fritters, steak (huge rib eye), bream, mac and cheese Bon bons, crème brûlée, choc moose, with pineapple and passion fruit egg and soldiers, and a strawberry honeycomb delicious amuse bouche - all local, fresh from the sea a couple of miles away in the morning!! The sauces - I could have just had them with a straw . I will be using these guys again. Stunning, special, and incredible value. THANK YOU
