The overall experience was good, although there was a significant mismatch between the menu provided in advance and what was delivered for the starter course. This was not the fault of the chef, but rather what was described vs. what the dish was in reality. For the main, we also had broccoli instead of sugar snap peas, and were really looking forward to the sugar snaps.

The chef was great but the assitant was not very good and gave the impression that she did not want to be there. In the past the assistant would spend lots of time in the dining room helping to serve, clear away and keeping glasses topped up. Unfortunately she spent as little time as possible in the dining room and could not wait to get away.

Our chef was a complete artist and the food was Delish. He was respectful and remembered all of our names. Amazing

The chef struggled finding the property despite it being easy to find so our food was served 30m later than requested - thankfully not a major issue for our group but worth flagging for future. He was very friendly and took pride in announcing each course to the group, as well as serving/clearing all plates and did all of the washing up which was much appreciated. I would suggest that for large groups (19 of us), a chef needs either a waiter or support chef to help as it\'s a huge amount of food to prepare alone. A few courses came out with cold elements (e.g. mash potato) which could\'ve been avoided if there was more help in the kitchen. The presentation was also quite different to what I expected (based on the content you post on Instagram) - the \'king prawns\' with the steak were far from the picture you posted, and overall felt a bit disappointing when the expectation you set is much higher on social media. Overall we did have a great evening and enjoyed the food on the most part, but hopefully the above feedback will make it even better in future.

Just a few comments. The steaks weren\'t what we had been expecting, they were very thin and resembled slices of beef more than they did the steaks that are shown on your website and one of the cherry custard bakewell tasted more like egg than anything else which was picked up by everyone who had it. Also the chef and her assistant were hovering over the sink when they left, it turns out they had blocked it but didn\'t tell u s so we had to get the property owners over at 11pm to fix it so we could use the sink.

Rob was a great chef - professional, efficient, friendly, calm and kept to time. It was lovely to have him with us in the kitchen of our rented house. The whole evening was just perfect for our family birthday celebration. Huge thanks.

Easy to book, very helpful from start to finish. Ryan, assisted by Josh arrived on time, well prepared. Food was fabulous, service was great, loaded the dishwasher and left the kitchen clean and tidy. My guests were very impressed. Highly recommend.

I cannot thank Andrej and his partner enough for last night. To arrive at a house when the power was out to 15 panicked hens, help put it back on and then cook the most amazing 5 course meal was no small feat. To continued to cook and serve us whilst screaming hen songs was also very impressive. The food was exceptional, the service was exceptional, and the kitchen was left spotless. So thank you both - you made our evening. Couldn’t recommend you guys enough!

Chef was amazing. I did find dealing with too many people a bit disconcerting. At the last hurdle there was a bit of cross over communication re; arrival time of chef but it had already been sorted by the one member of the team and then someone different phoned to say chef would be late when actual fact he wasnt. This highlighted my concern of too many people involved when an issue is raised but it was a minor blip and in no way spoilt our evening. Salim and Henrieta were fantastic!

Dishan our chef, was absolutely brilliant! From the food preparation, presentation, serving, ongoing chat and even down to leaving a completely clean kitchen afterwards, everything was perfect...if we could give him 10 out of 5 we would. To sum it up, this was quite simply the best meal I have ever had! As a concept too I would thoroughly recommend this especially for intimate and special occasion get togethers at home. No worries about what you wear or anyone having to drive . Quite simply our best meal experience ever!
