We booked the Signature menu for our anniversary, and while the evening was ultimately a success, it was entirely down to the talent and initiative of our chef, Sarah. The Chef (5/5): Sarah was a complete professional from the moment she arrived. She immediately changed into her chef attire and was incredibly focused. Every dish was outstanding, the crab ravioli and the desserts were highlights, and the steak was cooked to absolute perfection. Sarah also went above and beyond by personally sourcing replacement ingredients en route to our home after a sourcing issue, ensuring the meal still felt premium. The Agency (2/5): I was disappointed with Dineindulge’s management. I was told about an ingredient substitutions rather than being asked for my approval. When I raised concerns, the office response from Charlotte felt dismissive, suggesting the original ingredients weren\'t \'premium\' despite the high \'Signature\' price point. If you book in the North East, ask for Sarah, she is fantastic!

Chef was exceptional as he was last year. Everything tasted so nice, plenty of food and the kitchen left immaculate when he left.

This was our first experience of a private chef, this was organised for my dad\'s 60th as a surprise and it was fantastic. Value for money was great and the food / service was outstanding. It is good to have a little more time before dessert so suggest the chef leave the desert for us to serve. Appreciate this would not suit everyone but would help the experience feeling a little rushed. This is a suggestion only and is not a negative feedback. This was also an observation of the experience we had with you before Xmas. The experience and food were excellent.

This was our first experience of a private chef. It was wonderful! Justin arrived promptly and quietly and professionally prepared the kitchen and the meal. Everything was served and presented so beautifully, we all enjoyed every course! The servings are very generous too, we all felt satisfied Justin cleaned down the kitchen and left everything in perfect order. We couldnt have been more pleased! .

I honestly cannot recommend DineInDugle enough! The chefs were so lovely, polite, and professional, and the food was absolutely incredible. They catered for allergies flawlessly and even left the kitchen spotless afterwards. They made the whole event run seamlessly from start to finish and were a real highlight of my hen do. Several friends said it was some of the best food they’ve ever eaten, and the fact they delivered this level of quality for 22 of us was seriously impressive! Absolutely 10/10!!!
