The vegetarian option (Salt Baked Beetroot, Miso Turnips (V) x Feta Mousse, Pickled Onions, Rosemary Flatbread) isn\'t balanced. Pickled onions overwhelm the other flavours especially the flatbread which was also cold, lifeless and it had therefore had an unpleasant flabby texture. The Feta mousse is a great idea. We really enjoyed the company or our chef who was attentive and responsive and of course she left the kitchen in great condition. Maybe chef\'s should be reminded to ask for a non-metal spoon when using non-stick pans!

Jonny and Karen were superb! From start to finish they were friendly, efficient and attentive. The food was exceptional and the pace of the dinner was perfect. All 18 guests enjoyed every mouthful and we can\'t fault the experience at all. Jonny is a very talented private chef. Thanks to them both!

A flawless service. We cannot thank Richard and Amy enough for our incredible evening. We were celebrating our wedding day with our immediate family and our meal will certainly be a main talking point for many years to come. Everything was truly delicious and cooked beautifully. The announcement of each course was a great touch and we were so greatful for the lack of washing up! We hope to use them again in future.

Difficult serving 11 people from a holiday lodge kitchen but a couple dishes could have been slightly hotter. This did not affect an absolutely wonderful evening, Sarah was a star ⭐️
