Cayetano was fantastic from start to finish. It was a very professional and special experience. The food and presentation was superb. Restaurant quality at home. Would highly recommend and would definitely do this again.

We had Dine Indulge booked for dinner on my parent\'s 50th wedding anniversary weekend in Ripon. We had the pleasure of Jonny cook for us who was on time, friendly, professional and instantly made us all feel at ease. He quickly became familiar with the kitchen, took the time to explain every course and cooked three delicious courses. He tidied up between courses and left the kitchen spotless. All round a fantastic experience.

I had sent details to Dineindulge of how to find the holiday letting as it was in the middle of a village and difficult to find. These were annoyingly not passed onto the chef. We had no phone reception either so that when he tried to call to ask for direction\'s he couldn\'t get either contact. This could have been avoided. However, the evening was fab and the food appetising. Nice special Birthday celebration.

The administrative systems up to that point were less good, partly because of the lack of clarity on what options were or were not available when combining menus and because of the charging structure - that is charging the higher of the cost of the two menus that were combined rather than taking an average cost. Insisting upon the higher cost may make your systems easier to manage and give you a higher profit but made this customer at least feel rather ill-used.
