Olie our chef was brilliant, very professional, friendly and accommodating. The food tasted great, was well presented and was enjoyed by all. Prawns could have been grilled and larger portion. Lamb was beautiful but needed larger portion. Fish was nicely cooked however would have been nicer with crispy skin. Chocolate fondant was beautiful. Meringue was nice shop bought? Chef did have to tackle an Aga oven so did brilliantly to be able to serve the fondants.

Stefano was absolutely brilliant. He made superb use of a tiny kitchen (in a holiday lodge) to provide us with exquisite food. Not only that, but he left the place spotless! He clearly takes huge pride in his abilities as a chef, even producing his own pre-desert as an additional appetiser. I cannot stress enough how impressed we all were with him and we would happily pay even more for his services again. Thank you to Dineindulge and a huge thank you again to Stefano

Delicious food and well presented

Some of the meals were served not as hot as a couple of people in the group would have expected but all were very happy with the taste and presentation. A great company, very efficient and easy to manage booking. Thank you

We had the perfect evening, the chef was amazing.

We booked Dine Indulge for a hen party over the weekend and I am SO glad that we did. The chefs were just amazing. Throughout the whole process Dine Indulge have been the most helpful and accommodating to requests and dietary requirements. The chefs were so friendly and the kitchen was spotless afterwards which was a REAL help. The food was delicious, hot and looked incredible. Everything was just perfect from start to finish and I can’t thank you all enough! I couldn’t recommend you guys enough so Thankyou from us all at the castle !

The whole experience was so easy and straight forward. Our chef was professional, on time, friendly and was very accommodating to our needs. The food was delicious and exactly what had been described. I cannot recommend him enough and will definitely be using Dine Indulge again.

The amuse bouche and the pre-desert wer both far too substantial. Also the pre-desert is too much of a pudding. A sorbet or some other palate cleanser would have been better. Mains were excellent but Mac and cheese bon bons were dry and unexciting (although the kids enjoyed the larger ones serves as mains) and would be better replaced with some tasty veg. Chef and his helper were friendly and helpful though washing up left a little to be desired - the "clean" plates and ovenwear had a film of grease and had to be washed again. Little niggles aside, it was a very pleasant experience.

Alex was a brilliant chef and the food was delicious. He was on time, professional and cleared everything away. Food was amazing! Everyone really enjoyed. Would definitely book again and would recommend. Thank you Alex and partner!
