We booked Dine Indulge for a hen party over the weekend and I am SO glad that we did. The chefs were just amazing. Throughout the whole process Dine Indulge have been the most helpful and accommodating to requests and dietary requirements. The chefs were so friendly and the kitchen was spotless afterwards which was a REAL help. The food was delicious, hot and looked incredible. Everything was just perfect from start to finish and I can’t thank you all enough! I couldn’t recommend you guys enough so Thankyou from us all at the castle !

The whole experience was so easy and straight forward. Our chef was professional, on time, friendly and was very accommodating to our needs. The food was delicious and exactly what had been described. I cannot recommend him enough and will definitely be using Dine Indulge again.

The amuse bouche and the pre-desert wer both far too substantial. Also the pre-desert is too much of a pudding. A sorbet or some other palate cleanser would have been better. Mains were excellent but Mac and cheese bon bons were dry and unexciting (although the kids enjoyed the larger ones serves as mains) and would be better replaced with some tasty veg. Chef and his helper were friendly and helpful though washing up left a little to be desired - the "clean" plates and ovenwear had a film of grease and had to be washed again. Little niggles aside, it was a very pleasant experience.

Johnny was amazing. Our butler had covid so was unable to attend but Johnny served us our food, went into detail about what he had prepared for us. When we had finished he performed a magic trick for entertainment because we didn’t have any from the butler. Johnny really made the night for us, he was funny, attentive, and the food was absolutely fantastic. Next time we are in newcastle we shall definitely be requesting to have Johnny prepare us food again. He’s a real asset to your company.

Julian and Alexia were amazing from start to finish. We had them for a friends hen do, and while we were getting ready they set up the table and drinks beautifully and were extremely professional! The food was absolutely amazing, fantastic quality and lots of different choices. They catered for everyone’s needs. Highly recommend them!!

Our Chef was fantastic. I have to downgrade the overall experience as DineIndulge cancelled our event by email 36hours beforehand due to Covid but had no one available for contact on the day (Sunday). On Monday they confirmed they could reschedule meal a day later which was good although that wasn’t my birthday.

Georgi made the experience superb. His interpretations of the menu made the difference.

Chef Jonathan was superb! From the moment he arrived to him leaving the experience was first class. The food was beautifully presented and tasted delightful. The kitchen had no trace of the chef’s presence and everything was clean. We would have no hesitation in recommending our chef and dine indulge for a restaurant experience at home. Not sure we will ever be able to beat this as a Mother’s Day treat!!
