Salim was exceptional! The experience was everything I hoped for and more. My guests and I were so impressed by the quality of food and the additional touches like dressing the table. It really made the night special.

Great experience. Our chef even helped us clear-up a broken decanter that shattered over a guest. The one tiny blemish is that I would have preferred to have seen better hand hygiene from our chef. We did point out the sink and soap upon arrival, but didn\'t see him wash his hands.

Everything about the meal was very good. The balance of the courses and overall taste and presentation were to be commended. Being critical the amuse was a little sweet (perhaps some sharpness added), the squid in the starter was a little salty and the pea vegetarion option lacked quantity ( some potato would have helped.). Antonio and assistant were very pleasant and approachable. The service, explanation of the food and interval between the courses was spot on. Thanks for everything and adding to our occassion.

Sam was so brilliant- he had a panicked call from me on the morning of our event as due to the storm the holiday home we were in for our hen has no power. This didn\'t phase him and he just switched the plan to cold platters and really reassured me!! It was all absolutely delicious and he was lovely, polite and professional!

Jonny was an amazing chef. He talked us through every course with real professionalism. A very polite courteous gentleman who made our dining experience second to none.

Our chef was wonderful. He took over the kitchen in a very confident and relaxed manner and served the courses exactly when required, explaining each course. The kitchen was left spotless and I would recommend Ben highly, and certainly have him back

The chef and assistant were fantastic. They made my 30th celebration. We didn’t have to worry about preparing food or clearing away. The food tasted amazing, how they were able to do this considering the facilities we also had. Thank you so much Victoria

Harry was amazing coming all the way from Bournemouth last minute and just got straight on with the job no fuss. Work Ethics great and the food was amazing loved by all. The Kitchen was left spotless and he had a trainee with him very nice Guy. Both also Fun & Polite. Everyone one loved the evening and cant rate him more. My Hubby will not forget his 60th THANK YOU

The chef cooked a very good meal but could have left the kitchen in a much better state once finished.

We really enjoyed brunch. Justin arrived early and was set up on time which was great. The food and service was great and would recommend for when you need something hassle free and smooth!
