The only criticism we have is that we felt there was no time between each of the courses for us to digest the food and chat with other our party round the table,! It all felt rather rushed than savoured!!

Charles came to our holiday home and made a three course meal for 9 of us. The food was exceptional and he popped some extras on the table at each course. Nothing was a bother and he washed and tidied as he went along.

Chef Peter was super friendly and accommodating. From communication to cleanliness, Chef Peter was perfect, timely and professionalism. Chef Peter was able to adjust to the venue, as we had hired an AirBnB. We did not know how much equipment and resources the space would provide for our chef to do their work. Chef Peter answered any questions we had about his work. Our chef did an excellent job of talking through each process of making each dish — which made us feel included in the process as we are massive foodies. I understand it was difficult for the chef as the kitchen was very compact and there weren’t enough pans/hob space, which meant some things had to be heated in the microwave which wasn’t ideal. Despite this, most of the courses tasted nice. A couple of things I didn’t particularly enjoy - the sweet potato and carrot purées had a soapy taste to them and the fish main meal was a bit boring in flavour and didn’t match what I expected from the menu description

The only thing I would say is the main course lacked vegatables. Those that had the fish in particular said it needed something else with it. Otherwise the whole experience was great.
