Our chef Andrej was brilliant! The food was outstanding and he was so attentive and professional. The team was great sorting out a few last minute issues due to Covid and it made for a wonderful experience. We strongly recommend to anyone who wants that extra special dining experience. Will definitely use again.

Portion size was a little small. 2 of our party had sea bream and we had two very small portions of fish, maybe 5 forkfuls! Otherwise everything was very good and Hamza was very friendly and professional

The chef was lovely. Arrived 2 hours before. He served all the meals and washed up too. The only issue we had is that the hob and one pan got burnt and we weren\'t informed about this. We only found out after he left. Many thanks

Harrison produced all the food to a professional standard and was well received by all our diners, he cleaned up and left the kitchen very tidy. I just felt that the food missed that "special something"

Everything was perfect! We thoroughly enjoyed the meal and it was much more relaxing than going to a restaurant with children! Would definitely repeat the experience.

Our butler, Kiru, was all that we could have asked for- charming, polite, attentive, and gorgeous!! He was very relaxed and chatted easily with all the guests, even in French for one of them! He could quickly gauge the mood and personalties of the group. Whilst the booking process with HiT was not totally smooth, I can only say that our brilliant butler made it all worthwhile- thank you!!

The whole experience from booking to dining was excellent. The site is easy to navigate, the menus and choice superb. Our chef, Simon was absolutely brilliant. Friendly and professional from the outset he presented each course beautifully. Every dish exceeded our expectations as did the evening as a whole. On going into the kitchen at the end of the night it was as though he\'d never even been there. The kitchen was cleaner than it was before he arrived!

I requested a gluten and dairy free meal but on arrival the chef was unaware of this request. However he managed to still provide me with a gluten and dairy free option
