Michael was fantastic! Providing both great food and adding to the evening with anecdotes about his time as a professional chef. Would request him if we did this again would recommend to friends.

We had Jason Fuller for our chef experience, he was both relaxed and professional. He we easy to arrange the day with and clear with corresponds. Turned up in good time and cleared up afterwards. The food itself was better than we good have expected and Jason really made the occasion special. Myself and the group can\'t recommend Jason enough.

Tyler was excellent. Skilled, friendly and perfectly paced. I think the amuse is not suitable for this menu (too much chocolate to start the meal) and the pasta course was in my view too heavy for a nine course experience. But Tyler is great and i thoroughly enjoyed the evening
