Tyler was excellent. Skilled, friendly and perfectly paced. I think the amuse is not suitable for this menu (too much chocolate to start the meal) and the pasta course was in my view too heavy for a nine course experience. But Tyler is great and i thoroughly enjoyed the evening

Unfortunately the assistant let our chef down last minute, so she arrived late and had to work alone. However she did a great job and presented the food beautifully. I did not like the tofu in my main course but everyone else enjoyed their meal

We had a brilliant experience working with Billy, he was a pro from beginning to end - ensuring our event (feeding 30 people!) went as smoothly as possible, as expected. He prepared a tremendous spread and we received compliments to the chef throughout the day about each of the dishes. We were really taken aback by how tasty it all was. Just a note to Dineindulge - booking experience was mostly good but would have been brilliant to communicate with our chef directly more than 24 hours before the event (was even less in our case) to just have a chat and check our expectations and needs for the day without a middle person.

It was wonderful to have the same chef we had 3 years ago as it was like having a friend around to cook for us! Anthony was professional but put us at ease and served a wonderful tasty meal. His explanation of each course was appreciated and made us feel very special clients.
