Johno was a great chef and cooked the food beautifully. He wore full PPE at all times which was very comforting. He laid the table and cleaned up after so there was nothing for us to do. An amazing evening!

Chef Toby was excellent but on reflection I think some of the platter mains didn’t really work for a fork buffet meal and I should probably have chosen some different options. Eg hard to eat chicken thighs with a fork .. I had mistakenly assumed it was sliced breast . There was ample food and it was all very tasty and a good time was had by all so overall it was very good

Rafique managed the event perfectly from cooking through to presentation and cleaning down and the pace of the evening.

Tarso provided a superb service. It was my wife\'s 50th birthday and his attentiveness and culinary skills made the day perfect. Many thanks.

Patricia was absolutely fantastic and made the evening into so much more than I expected by suggesting that we eat in the kitchen in a ‘chef’s table’ style. We loved discussing food and much more while watching everything being prepared. The food itself was absolutely divine.
