We had a superb evening. Julian was a fantastic chef providing exquisite food and excellent service. Creative and tasty. He even did all the washing up! Staying in is our new going out, so look forward to doing it again soon!

I booked a private chef as a surprise for my husband’s 40th birthday and I’m so glad I did. The food was amazing and our chef was fantastic. He was very professional and friendly and his food was incredible. I would highly recommend this experience and I hope we’ll have the opportunity to use the service again some day.

Our chef Alan was lovely and we really enjoyed the meal.

It would be impossible to state how amazing our chef was. He was gracious and thoughtful and helped make the evening a huge success. The dinner was delicious in every way. All thre courses were exceptional, with the bavette steaks receiving the highest praise of all - so tender and full of flavour! He made everything seem effortless and nothing was too much trouble. We really can’t thank him enough.

Over all we had a lovely time. Ian and Carrie were lovely and super professional and nice to be around. I would say the food was okay. Not outstanding at all, I wouldnt go as far to say "average" our dessert course was store bought which was as you can imagine hugely disappointing and possibly our only real big complaint ...a few other picky bits myself and my friend who had the fish both agreed that it was not hot when it got to the table, slight change to one of the dishes ( which was totally fine and Ian apologised for it) we enjoyed it anyway. Dessert was the biggy really.

We had a great night for my Husbands 30th birthday. Our Chef William was lovely and gave a good description of each course. We had a great experience and will definitely be booking again!

Would have given 5/5 but unfortunately there were no tiger prawns on our sea bream dish, 5 of us ordered this dish and it was disappointing that this luxury item was not included. Chef explained that he forgot this ingredient but not until after serving the dish, when we queried where the prawns were. Chef should have pulled me aside to explain this error in advance of serving. Other than that, our chef was excellent, a pure delight to have around and we couldn’t recommend him highly enough. Furthermore, upon recommendation of DineInDulge I placed an order with Naked Wines for a case of wine for our evening, which didn’t arrive. This caused a lot of stress as we had to go out and get wine for our evening shortly before chef was due to arrive. The wine was also a gift so it was incredibly disappointing that this did not turn up when promised and when needed.

Very professional and friendly service. Chef arrived early to set up and prepare. Food was delicious, great options/adaptations for various dietary requirements. Plenty to go around including second helpings and leftovers. All presented well. Chef cleared up and washed equipment after. Overall really good and would definitely recommend/use again!

We were very pleased with the whole experience and would happy use Dineindulge again. We had a tasting menu and particularly liked the way that numerous of the courses were made vegetarian just by switching out one ingredient which made our vegetarian diner feel more comfortable

Food was great but the kale and beans served with the mains were rather cold and we could have done with a little more gravy/sauce
