F there was one piece of feedback out would be that It would be helpful to know which wines you are pairing with which food. I would definitely use you again and recommend to others. We had booked a chef for my mums 60th in an Airbnb. Peter arrived on time and was very friendly, welcoming and professional. The food was excellent and portions were more than enough. The whole experience was amazing from beginning to end. Remy was absolutely fantastic. The food was presented beautifully and tasted Devine. We had the best night and I would like to thank Remy and the whole team who helped to make this night very specie indeed.

The Chef - Cayetano - was a fun character and introduced the courses well - the food was very nice (just one serving of lamb was underdone) and well presented. While all the washing up was done and kitchen was very tidy, a sink was left blocked (did not tell us) and I had to unblock it - grease and food debris. The six courses was a bit too much for some people - the sticky toffee pudding could be halved in size.

We had a chef called Luca who was brilliant, really friendly, introducing himself to everyone making us feel very comfortable. The food was amazing, and Luca took time to explain each course and accommodate to everyone’s needs. The kitchen was left in immaculate condition, you would have never known he was there.

So great to have everything cooked, served and cleared away for us. If really pushed for some feedback we noticed the plates were cold and some of the steaks were slightly overcooked but overall it was a superb experience. Thank you.

Sam was extremely friendly and easy to talk to. This was our first time having a private chef and Sam made it a very memorable and great experience. The whole thing did not disappoint.
