Blade was amazing! The chef was running late but he kept us occupied so professionally! He knew exactly how to surprise the Bride to be! Had everyone involved in the activities and kept everyone’s glass well topped up. I would definitely book again and definitely recommend! Maybe we will up the ante and book two butlers next time!!

We had such a fabulous evening with Michael. He was very professional and we were all incredibly impressed with the quality of the food. Nobody could believe quality for value. He served at the table and the kitchen was spotless when he left. The whole of the party wanted to know what the service was and everyone said they would definitely use it in the future. My aunty was only upset that she lives in the Channel Islands and wouldn’t be able to!! Would definitely book again.

Phil was thoroughly professional and easy to get along with. The whole evening ran smoothly and my guests really enjoyed being so pampered .

Food was excellent and well presented. The chef however was a bit stand offish and didn’t interact or introduce any of the food. She also went to leave when people were still eating and I was under the impression she would help clear at the end.

Absolutely loved the experience provided, food and service was restaurant quality without going out! Phil was punctual and helpful and informed us of the ingredients in each dish. He just got on with it and cleaned up afterwards too. Loved it, highly recommend

Our chef was really professional and friendly. However, we didn’t choose this experience for a friendly and professional chef, we chose it for the food. The amuse was well presented but tasteless. Possibly would have been more palatable by substituting with a goats cheese. The starter - calamari, was tasty but far too small of a portion. It was lost on the plate. For the main, all five of us chose the rib eye. The steak was cooked in a water bath and still was rubbery. If your going to charge the amount you did, at least chose decent meat. It was evidently a very cheap cut. The potatoes we really flavoursome and so was the carrot. Eggs and soldiers was a good choice to clean the palate. For the dessert, two chose creme brûlée and the other three chose the dark chocolate Delice. The creme brûlée was custard basically. Creme brûlée is supposed to be set. The Delice was mediocre. Overall if this was a restaurant and the bill came to what it was, we all would have complained. I understand the limitations of cooking in someone else’s small kitchen but that should not compromise the quality of the food. Overall everyone’s favourite was the potato’s served with the main. Least favourite was the steak served with the main.

Camile arrived on time and was well prepared with all the ingredients. His food was very tasty and my guests were very happy with the quality and taste. The chocolate mousse cake was unbelievable.He was so pleasant and friendly- I would hire him again in a second.
