Orland was absolutely brilliant. So confident and fun, which was great and encouraged the girls to get involved. Some butlers can be a bit awkward, but he really did make the party and was very entertaining :)

I will be using your company again in the future and will recommend to my friends.

Maris was amazing, when i booked i didnt really know what to expect. He worked the room, kept all the ladies drinks topped up, kept the laughter rolling, was the highlight of our evening, the girls loved him. Would recommend to everyone. Thanks so much for an amazing night.

Thank you for our fantastic chef, we loved him. Food taste has been rated as good not because of the chef but for the following reasons: Dessert was too sweet, The main course needed more jus The duck skin would of been better if it was crispy Jono did a fantastic job with what was available to him at the lodge and the fondant potatoes were perfect.

Ben was amazing, the food was fantastic and he made the whole experience very special. We all really enjoyed it and would definitely book again. All the perks of fine dining at a restaurant but in the comfort of own home, no babysitters or washing up required! (Just switch the loaded dishwasher on!)

Patricia was brilliant, very friendly and professional. Her food was amazing and perfect for our party.

The chefs were amazing, very helpful, professional, adapted to our timings and super friendly. It would not have been the same without them and as a bonus the kitchen was left spotlessly clean. The pork was a little dry however and there wasn\'t much in terms of garnish / side dish to go with it. On the plus side, there were extra starters so they kindly left that for us. Would definitely use again and recommend!

I can not fault our chef. He was brilliant and totally made our evening. His food was delicious and beautifully presented. He cleared up the kitchen so well too after he had finished. A brilliant service and I would definitely use again

Kazeem was brilliant, we hired him for two hours for a hen party and he read the room really well. Took everything in his stride (including lots of banter!) And was a fantastic host. Really recommend him for anything in the Southampton area. As an FYI on the company, they hadn\'t told the chef we had booked the butler package so it was news to him (and he\'d arranged someone else to serve), so just make sure your chef has all the details.

Roman and his sister were very kind and very good at coping with a large party number and brought all our plates to us down the stairs outside in the rain, it was very much appreciated. However, the food itself did not match up to the pre booked menu so the vegetarian starter dish did not contain any cheese stack and instead of Halloumi for main the vegetarian dish was maybe a type of feta? Also the seasonal vegetables and potatoes seemed to be tinned which was disappointing. The dessert also had quite a lot of gelatin in so several of the vegetarians could not eat it and the dairy free option had mashed avocado instead of a coconut cream which tasted quite sour. This was disappointing as roman was a very nice man but the ingredients did not do him justice.
