We could not have asked for a better chef or dining experience. His food was exquisite, absolutely faultless and significantly better than any of us had imagined - and we\'ve done our share of fine dining. The kitchen was left cleaner than when he started. If and when we use your service again we will most certainly ask for the same chef. I have deliberately left all drop down menus as excellent - he deserved nothing less and I\'m only sorry I don\'t know his name.

Chef Mike was amazing, he catered for 27 of us and the food was great. The only issue we had was that the day before our original chef cancelled (for personal reasons, so we understand this happens) and this was quite stressful for us as this was for my friend’s hen do and we were concerned we wouldn’t be able to find an alternative. Thankfully Mike stepped in at the last minute. He was friendly, professional and made delicious food! Thank you Mike!

We all agreed it was probably the best steak we had ever had! The chef was incredible!

Chef turned up at 20.15, we were supposed to be eating at 20.30. It didn’t matter to us but it was worrying and a shame I had to call up to find out if they were still coming. He was lovely and if he’d have just called it would have made a big difference. It would have been helpful to know that he needed a shelf in the freezer prior to his arrival as it was a bit of a rush trying to juggle the contents of our freezer to accommodate which resulted in a glass shelf falling out and shattering. The next morning we realised that he’d not served the pre-dessert! I guess that’s what’s in my freezer still (or part of it)! So on the whole not professional but the food was delicious & we’d consumed so much wine waiting for him to arrive we were past caring too much about the details!

Fabulous body, got us playing games, was so nice and very proffesional. He played the part excellently. He was absolutly 5 star rated.

He was very proffesiinal, very sweet, fabulous manners, just got on with it with limited kitchen. Realy nice guy. Food superb.

All our scores were a mixture of 4 and 5. There was only one dish that we weren’t keen on and that was the calamari. Everything else was delicious. Nick struck just the right balance of professionalism and friendliness. We had a super evening and would recommend Nick and your company. Julia
