Choices through fine indulge are too restrictive so feedback on overall experience would make more Swansea as the chef is working from pretty standard recipe sheet. Would have liked the chef to have been able to put his twist on it. Starter was also a bit odd but again this is down to recipe choice not chef.

We had a wonderful evening. Thank you Simon for making my mum\'s birthday a great evening. Simon was very professional and the food was delicious and presented beautifully. The only slight comment was that for the main course it would have been good to warm the plates as some of the food was not particularly hot, and the sticky toffee pudding was slightly dry. But small details and did not deduct from our enjoyment of the evening. Thank you.

Extremely good meal and the Chef was perfect for our evening. Discrete and polite but well humoured. Only comment would be that the Steak wasn\'t perhaps the best cut of meat for some of the plates but overall the experience was really good.

They really made our Friday evening - they were great fun and had lots of games planned and led the evening, taking away all the stress and planning from the bridesmaids! Nathan was absolutely incredible! The food was amazing, the kitchen was spotless and his enthusiasm was just brilliant! Planning a hen party can be very stressful and he managed to take that stress away and sorted our Friday evening out completely! Thank you so much Nathan! You were an absolute hit with the hens!

We could not have asked for a better chef or dining experience. His food was exquisite, absolutely faultless and significantly better than any of us had imagined - and we\'ve done our share of fine dining. The kitchen was left cleaner than when he started. If and when we use your service again we will most certainly ask for the same chef. I have deliberately left all drop down menus as excellent - he deserved nothing less and I\'m only sorry I don\'t know his name.

Chef Mike was amazing, he catered for 27 of us and the food was great. The only issue we had was that the day before our original chef cancelled (for personal reasons, so we understand this happens) and this was quite stressful for us as this was for my friend’s hen do and we were concerned we wouldn’t be able to find an alternative. Thankfully Mike stepped in at the last minute. He was friendly, professional and made delicious food! Thank you Mike!
