We had a private dinner at Lynden House for a hen party of 13 excitable and wine filled ladies. Byron was so helpful to me in hosting our dinner, from the moment he arrived to leaving. He really made things easy in helping me set the table, leading our dinner and serving, whilst being very clean throughout and leaving the kitchen spotless.Our food was incredible and very well presented - so much that some of the party had second servings of the pasta main course, and the Bride-to-be had her leftovers saved for later in the evening.... we were not wasting anything!!Will most definitely be using Dine Indulge again for our next dinner party, and will be specifically requesting Byron for his services.Thank you for a wonderful night!

I used Dine Indulge for my elopement wedding. The menu looked great but I was worried about what the experience would be like, especially as we were in a hired cottage and it wasn’t our kitchen. But everything went to plan, the chef was efficient and professional, worked around the mania of the wedding and the food was delicious. The kitchen and plates were all cleaned up at the end and we were all so impressed. All the communication with Dine Indulge before the event was quick and helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Dine Indulge again or recommend you.

A very fun evening had by all. The chef was extremely polite and the food was lovely. Only small comments are that the hob was left dirty with pasta sauce that could have been wiped off and the portions were varied in sizes?. But other than this he was brilliant. We really enjoyed Victor. He presented the food beautifully, using flowers from his garden. The food was delicious. He left the kitchen immaculate- much cleaner than when he arrived. I would not hesitate to hire Victor again.

Victor was very friendly and the food was amazing. Next time I would prefer that the chef have more flexibility to use their own recipes.

Nabil was fantastic and the food was exceptional. He was polite, professional and very friendly. He also created a perfect, slightly simplified, version of the meal for our four children, while presenting the adults with his original (delicious) recipes. It was a fantastic experience.

We arrived at our chateau the first evening and Nawel was already waiting patiently for us. We had the unfortunate event of not having gas and he was the most patient, kind person about the whole situation. The food he prepared was decadent. The meat was cooked perfectly, the vegetarian option he made was delectable. He is gifted, we are so lucky to have enjoyed his food. Thank you, thank you!!!!

Our Chef was excellent very professional and extremely friendly. Wasn’t phased by our large group with some very big personalities. He handled this extremely well too due to the fact that our kitchen was open plan with the dining table facing him, so our party watched him cook which was entertaining. He interacted well with our butler and joined in on the banter. His food was delicious and presentation was to a high standard.

Jay arrived bang on time and was very friendly. He got changed and started preparing our food. He asked when we would want it and served on time. The food was delicious, well cooked and beautifully presented. And he did really well considering it is a holiday cottage with a new oven and we did’t know where anything was. And his mash was perfect even without a potatoe masher!!!

The chef was so nice and so professional in every way. The food was also very tastey. The only thing I missed was some more greens with the meat.

Sara was lovely and the whole experience was very good. I loved being able to enjoy welcoming my guests and chatting to them with a glass of wine without stressing in the kitchen. The smell of the cooking was amazing and everyone was so looking forward to it as it was something different. I had booked the food for 3pm but people were stuck in traffic so things got a bit delayed and I guess that\'s why quite a bit of the food was a bit dry. Next time I would delay the timings to ensure that food could be served perfect. It was the first time I had booked a buffet spread and some of the menu I would not do again such as the chicken as it was on the bone and people tended to avoid it - however it was delicious the next day warmed through with a passata sauce! Taste-wise some of the food was a bit bland and I don\'t think people were having second helpings (which is quite usual at our family events!). Sara was great though had brought some extras and had made sure there was plenty of food. It was laid out beautifully and everyone was taking photos before they tucked in ! Kitchen was left immaculate and the dishwasher was loaded so that was wonderful. Generally very happy with the chef but the menu could be improved.

Whilst the delays in chef’s arrival and him forgetting a dessert did cause some stress and concern, I appreciated his warm nature and dedication to the job. He worked very hard and was obliging. He was however flustered and a bit disorganised. He needed to communicate more about being delayed so we need not have been so worried about the impact to our night. The fish course was particularly tasty but it arrived cold as he could not manage to plate up and serve 10 guests in a timely manner flying solo. A flaw in your overall operating model I feel. The package should include a chef and server for a party of 8 or more. I also shouldn’t have had to get up after each course to confirm we were ready for the next... Management have been very easy to deal with and reach at all times, however.

We booked a seven course tasting menu which we personalised with dishes from either Tasting 1 or Tasting 2. Our chef arrived on time and was lovely but on arrival he said he had made changes to some of the dishes as it was not his menu. I thought this was because of one guest having a gluten intolerancy and gluten free bread was provided. I didn\'t expect the dishes to deviate so much from the illusstrations and descriptions on your website. The Amuse and the Starter were well-presented and delicious, although not as expected. The Sorbet (palate cleanser) was not provided at all. The Main of noisette of lamb was very nice but the portion was huge. Pre-dessert of poached pear also good. The Dessert was not at all as expected. We were expecting Sticky Caramel Chocolate Marquise with honeycomb and crunchy brownie soil. The got two large triangles of a chocolate brownie type dessert, with piped cream and raspberries on the side. Again an enormous portion and lacking in refinement. The Cheese Trio platter was nice but the wedges were again very big and there was a lot of wastage as guests could not consume the amount of food. We all enjoyed our evening and most of the food and the chef worked hard as there were 13 guests. However, to be honest with a tasting menu, given your illustrations, we expected smaller portions and much more refined ingredients/presentation. We would use Dine Indulge again, but greater checks need to be made to ensure guests receive what they are expecting. One dish missing completely was really not acceptable.

Chef contacted us so we knew exactly when he was arriving. He arrived Very well prepared and he was friendly and courteous. He busied himself very quietly in the kitchen, explained all the dishes to us and left the kitchen clean and tidy. Andres did a brilliant job and we were very pleased with him. Would thoroughly recommend.

Chef left at the end without notifying us or saying bye - we thought that was a bit strange as we were still all sitting around the table.Andy was lovely, friendly and professional and the food was great!We’d put in dietary requirements beforehand and checked them on arrival with andy, but he still left mushrooms in one meal of someone who had requested it without. This resulted in my friend having to pick out individual mushrooms from her dinner which was a shame.Otherwise, a great experience.

Everything was to very high standards. Our chef was great, he was very professional and friendly. The food tasted amazing! All allergies and request were met with no fuss and alternatives were provided. Overall a great experience! Thank you!
