Our chef Luca was fantastic, besides being an excellent chef and presenting the menu brilliantly, he explained our dishes and gave really helpful advice on recreating the menu ourselves. We would definitely recommend Luca and DineIndulge to friends.

Everyone enjoyed their food, although the fish main the mussels were cold. Secondly, the vegetarian course the two guests were very disappointed. It wasn\'t what they were expecting and felt a lot less effort had gone into it. It was essentially one large tomato with three small Mac and cheese bites. This was a lot less substantial and disappointing compared to the other dishes. It\'s super important that vegetarians get as much effort put into their meal as the other courses and both guests were sadly not happy

We had 2 chefs for 14 people. They kept us updated on their arrival time, went through everything upon arrival and kept checking in throughout the night to check that everyone was happy and everything was satisfactory. Kitchen was also spotless by the end. The food was delicious and well-presented and we could not have been happier with the meal and the service. However, approximately 3 hours after the meal, I began to feel unwell and became quickly (and rather violently) ill with sickness and diarrhea. Due to being a Type 1 Diabetic, this ended up in a trip to the hospital with suspected food poisoning. Whilst we can never be certain, the most likely cause of this was the mussels that I ate as part of my main course as I was the only person in the group to have this and it was, in fact, the only thing I had all day that nobody else in the group had also had (we were with the same people for the entire day). Whilst the chef and the food were great, the suspected food poisoning put an obvious dampener on what should have been a special, memorable experience.

We really enjoyed the food and having an extra plate of dinner and dessert helped when some people couldn’t remember what they ordered. Chef was lovely and left everything nice and tidy.

It was so lovely to have Sam cook for us, he was wonderful and was super quick and cleaned up after! I hope he enjoyed cooking in the amazing kitchen in our Airbnb!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our DineIndulge experience. The food and service were good - pleasantly surprised the chef had an assistant, who couldn’t do enough for us. One small note, the morning after our event we used the same oven as the chef to cook breakfast and we found a tray of pigs in blankets. These could have been eaten the day before, or at least stored in the fridge overnight. A minor disappointment and the reason I can’t select “excellent” for all the criteria above.

The whole experience from booking, choosing the menu and making a few tweaks, the communication then our chef arriving and the quality and standard of our meal was absolutely exceptional. We picked one of the 5 course menu’s and Richard our chef was just amazing. Each course was beautifully presented and delicious - our main course of fillet steaks could not have been cooked better, and from the Scot’s in the party they were very impressed by his shortbread! We had one child that I hadn’t included in the menu and I had planned to cook him little courses of child friendly food along side each of ours - however Richard insistently took over that along with our meal so I could really relax and enjoy the evening which went above and beyond. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer chap or a more wonderful meal and evening. I couldn’t recommend this experience enough and will certainly do it again.

Dominic was unobtrusive, very polite, professional & left the place spotless, all china & cutlery washed up & put away. He had a variety of steak orders & we find generally it\'s is unusual for steak to be cooked blue, but he cooked all perfectly to guest\'s requests. I was nervous about such an indulgent luxury having a chef, but we absolutely loved the experience & would definitely use the company again if ever we needed. The admin team helped me reorganize a menu due to guest severe allergy, whilst it is quite complicated to do so, got it sorted in the end & absolutely satisfied with the whole experience. Chef forgot to bring course 5 - Deserts!!! Very disappointing, spoilt the evening as a host. However Ryan was very welcoming, professional in his verbal approach to guests & timely with delivering courses - such a shame served on cold plates & that he forgot to pack the deserts & failed to offer to produce something fresh from our own pantry... which is what I would have expected a professional Chef to do. The Chef had an assistant who was driving so to be fair, he could have left & fetched the missing deserts instead they chose not to say anything until after we had eaten the 4 courses - just to stand at the table & apologise & announce that the sorbet was in fact the last course was a shock to be honest. Luckily my guests were very complimentary & polite & did not raise a fuss but this is not the point when you select a 5 course & pay for same, you do actually expect all five courses! Chef was friendly & made the experience enjoyable but it was ruined by lack of professionalism in arriving with all courses & then not compensating by producing something else & I feel he should have let me know this issue right at the beginning as he said he realised his mistake as soon as he unpacked his goods... which means he had ample time to send his assistant to fetch them! Unless he failed to prepare them earlier in the day... he could have delivered them to us the next day & I could have delivered each pud to my guests! But nothing, not even a written apology the following day or Monday morning - I had to raise the issue with Dineindulge, which again makes you feel very insignificant. I did tip Ryan in recognition of his forward call earlier in the day & for his friendly welcome with guests.

Jamie arrived on time and proceeded to prepare our meal with complete professionalism. We all thoroughly enjoyed our evening and would highly recommend dine indulge as a great way to enjoy a hassle free dinner party.
