Great food but we felt very rushed, with no space between courses. Chef also told us he had handwashed all plates and put them away, but had just left them with dried food on them in a dishwasher, which wasnt started.

Just a superb evening and a wonderful way to celebrate my mother-in-law’s 70th Birthday! The food was amazing, truly outstanding, the atmosphere was excellent. Our chef was so pleasant, friendly and an amazing cook! Really difficult balance to be helpful without intrusive and he was superb! The food was really tasty and the chef was friendly and good with timings. However, we felt that the portion sizes were far too large for a 9 course tasting menu. Also, there was a little bit too much variation from the initial menu, which complicated things for our pregnant guest.

The Gas ran out which was my fault I was informed that there was plenty. I perhaps thought they might use the rational for the cooking of the lamb and therefore didn\'t think the gas would run out but they cooked the lamb on the bbq!! but I think all worked out very well the guests and my bosses thought it was Good. Ben was a great butler, he pitched games at the perfect level, was very attentive to the bride’s needs and was very chatty and friendly.

The whole group of 14 of us were delighted. The smaller children ( aged 2-6) tasted food and found it to be delicious that they had never had before and if any of them did not finish their portion someone else did. The son of the owner of the Chateau was very impressed with the professionalism of the chef.

We had the pleasure of chef H, what an awesome cook and such a lovely man. Food was amazing I asked if he could stay and be my home chef lol. There was no food left on anyone\'s plate which is a good sign. And he cleaned everything up even my cooker it was gleaming, will definitely be using him again thank u x

Great food - Great banter!

Stephen was excellent but the evening got off to a bad start for me - the organiser - because he arrived at 6.55pm (expected 6.30) causing me anxiety ++. I had been given no contact number so I couldn\'t get him - and he didn\'t phone. He said his car had broken down. I suggest it should be mandatory that a tel. contact number for the chef (to whom I had never spoken) be given to the client. Also although he did very well it was a huge ask for one person to produce a 5 course meal for 10 in the "1 hour" he had said he would arrive before the 7.30 start - should he not have had an assistant? He had to be persuaded to leave just before midnight - he was about to embark on cleaning the kitchen floor which we insisted he needn\'t do. Overall it was a great evening and no-one else was bothered that we started at 8.30

We had a great evening having pre dinner drinks whilst the table laid, the whole meal was a success all the family enjoyed the cooked for experience.

We had already had an experience of a personal chef at our daughter\'s wedding. This was why I chose to do this rather than going out for a meal. I have to say, it was more than fantastic, the Chef himself, William - was fabulous, we left him to get on with things. The food was \'out of this world\' enjoyed by us all, even our two boys aged 10 & 7. There was more than enough food, we all had a good feed, and we did not share this with anyone else (if we had booked a table at a restaurant). I, personally, would rate Dine Indulge very highly, and would not hesitate to recommend your company. I think also, this is the way that food is going to be enjoyed, especially as we had such a good experience and did not have to go out. We had a wonderful place to stay, and it was very personal to have William cook for us. My two sons-in-law like to cook - and they were impressed. A lovely evening, good family, good food, lovely place to dine, what more could I ask for! We will certainly look to book Dine Indulge again. Thank you all. x

Our chef Hemant was brilliant from start to finish. The communication before the event was very helpful. When Hemant arrived he was very professional and polite. The BBQ was absolutely amazing and all of the food tasted great! The portions were very generous and all of the leftover food was packaged up neatly and put in the fridge for us. Hemant cleaned the BBQ and the house looked spotless when he had finished! It was such a great day for a special occasion allowing us all to relax! Thanks also to Dine Indulge for fitting us in at such late notice due to another company cancelling! Will definitely use you again and would recommend Hemant to all of our friends and family.
