Victor was a wonderful chef. He had a sweet personality and was very professional. His food was extremely beautiful and very tasty. He took great care in the plates he prepared with exquisite explanation for each course. He honored our request to include locally sourced and farm to table ingredients to the extent of including fresh herbs and flowers from his own personal garden that were both tantalizing to the eye and the pallet. We had a great experience with Victor and would recommend him to friends and family.

Chef was 30 mins late and hadn\'t called, which was slightly frustrating, and when he arrived he had to go out for ingredients. Otherwise a very good experience.

H arrived and was professional from start to finish. He explained each dish before serving, served and cleared away efficiently. He catered for two guests who had nut allergies so they could still enjoy the meal as the others were. Everyone enjoyed and was complimentary of the food. I will definitely be using again. What a wonderful experience. Huge thanks to Tony for his flawless performance yesterday evening. Even as an ex-Army chef he endured some rubbing from the Naval Officers present(!), he gave as good as he got and served up seven excusite courses with an accompanying side of dry humour! Highly recommended and we definitely intend enjoy his food again.

Our chef Paul was amazing. The food was beyond what we expected, Paul was friendly and so accommodating - would highly recommend using DineIndulge - it was perfect and such a treat for the hen do we planned.

Nawel was absolutely excellent! His food was perfection and he was such a great guy! He just came in and got to work- didn’t ask for any help at all, despite our offers. He was lovely and played a huge part in making the experience so special- introducing each course! I would absolutely love to use Nawel again!

Joe was fantastic - friendly and professional. The standard of the food exceeded our expectations with clean plates all round. The kitchen was left immaculate. Our guests and ourselves had a meal better than we could have got in a local restaurant. Thankyou so much Joe.

Quality of meat on lamb kebabs was not up to standard. Lots of grizzle and lack of taste. Please do not send it next week. All rest was fine.

Alex is without a doubt a very talented chef but also a very nice person to be around aswell. He was able to adapt a 9 course tasting menu to meet our allergy needs and the food that arrived was faultless. Each course was well timed giving the feel you were in an actual restaurant, the ingredients used where of a high quality and his ability to work clean, tidy and professional in a very small, hot and dark room was very impressive. Highly recommend Alex to anyone, if I\'m in the area again will defiantly be the first on my call list for a dinner party. Cheers for a great night made extra special by your hospitality!
