We had such a wonderful experience with our chef, John. He was so polite and made sure to cater to any allergies. The food was delicious and received so many compliments. The service was so easy on the night and allowed us to enjoy ourselves and relax. Before the event the customer service was fantastic, doing everything they could to accommodate our changes. The menu was quite rich particularly the amuse bouche and pallet cleanser. The main course could have been hotter with hot plates.

Chef Ankur was A++ Great communication, punctual and friendly. Made us all feel special, took time to interact with the children and made them feel part of the experience. Even the dog was catered to. Food presentation was above all expectations. All dishes were delicious, satisfying everyone’s taste! The kitchen was left spotless, everything back on its place. I would definitely recommend Chef Ankur and would be requesting him next time!

What can I say, such an amazing experience and the food was perfection! Chef Matt was friendly, professional and an all round amazing person! The food was absolutely fabulous, we enjoyed every bite of it. It was our first time using Dine indulge, and certainly won’t be the last. Chef Matt made our 40th celebration perfect!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience, Luca was brilliant, lovely guy and excellent chat as well. Even though he was cooking on a Rayburn and didn\'t have particular control of the temperatures, the steaks were still cooked to absolute perfection! We shall definitely be doing this again. Jamie was great. A joy to have around. He made my husbands 70th birthday celebration so special. From when he first arrived and offered to make us a cup of tea, having travelled some considerable distance himself, to when he left leaving the kitchen in our holiday let immaculate he was professional and kind. He took into account varying dietary needs and was careful to talk us through every dish Even the Aga didn’t phase him, he adapted accordingly. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him

We had a fabulous evening celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary with a group of 20 family and friends, enhanced by a wonderful dining experience. Cayetano and his assistant were professional and friendly. Every course was delicious and beautifully presented. They also left the kitchen clean, tidy and with all the washing up done. We were celebrating my mums 60th birthday in centre parcs. I have to say despite our chef Peter having a problem getting into tue park and the limited kitchen space and equipment, he did a wonderful job. Peter was professional, friendly and extremely well mannered. The food was delicious and we did not come away hungry at the end of the night. Wonderful experience and we would definitely book again.

We really enjoyed our experience with dine indulge. I would just comment on a couple of things. We order a side of cauliflower gratin (for everyone, at a cost of over £40 extra). Chef only provided 2 portions, 1 for the vegetarian option and one for the fish dish instead of a portion for everyone. He apologised for the error and said he would speak to the office regarding a refund, but I have heard nothing). The sticky toffee pudding came out of a tray, so not as pictured showing individual puddings, and no more than a teaspoon of clotted cream on top. The terrine was a little melted and maybe could have been presented slightly better although this did not detract from the taste. Henry, the chef, was lovely and professional. He made our evening very enjoyable. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Please can someone email me regarding the refund? Many thanks Julie

Rafik made us a lovely meal, but: - he arrived late - he was thrown that there was no microwave here - his oral presentation lacked projection

Chris is an excellent chef, really friendly and accommodating. His timings for each course were perfect and the food he served was second to none. He totally exceeded our expectations and made our anniversary celebrations memorable.

3/4* because he didn\'t warm the plates before serving and some of the vegetables were overcooked or burnt, so weren\'t served. However his sauce that went on the steak was delicious

The chocolate dessert was not as expected.It was just fluffy chocolate cake not a ganache as advertised. No one ate it. One of the sauces was cold when it should’ve been hot

Jamie was an absolute star. He arrived promptly and was extremely professional. The quality he was able to deliver for 14 people on his own was spectacular. We all loved the food and haven\'t stopped talking about it all week! Jamie left the kitchen spotless after a busy evening cooking and serving.
