I booked the Relax menu, and was told it would be served buffet style. However Dine Indulge told me I just needed to provide one large plate and one small plate per person. The chef brought no serving dishes to lay the food out on, and had to lay it out on baking paper on the oven trays, which is not the look of the ‘private chef’ experience I booked at all. Had Dine Indulge told me I’d need to provide serving plates, I could have ordered some, or the chef also could have brought some had he known but he said he was not informed of this by Dine Indulge. Also, we absolutely did not need one small plate for anything, we only needed one large plate each so no idea why I was told to make sure there was one small plate and one large plate per person. The food tasted nice, and there was plenty, so that was great! But the serving up experience was below what I expected.

We had the Tapas menu for 8 people. All the main courses were tabled at the same time which was over facing. Some of the food went cold . This was not helped by the Chef not announcing the food was ready.It would have been much better to have presented the main courses in two tranches. The chief and his helper were very pleasant and the experience of not having to cook or clean was a good one.

Rory was superb. He arrived in good time and immediately established an excellent rapport with our family. The food was plentiful, delicious and expertly served. It was a real bonus that Rory dealt with all the dishes and left the kitchen immaculate. We very much enjoyed the experience and would definitely use dineindulge again.

Chef arrived on time and was efficient. We had the tapas and the food was excellent except the beef which was very chewy. Under the impression chef will do the washing up but he left as soon as the main course was served. Other than that, the party had a wonderful time

Chef Cayetano was seamless, efficient and exceptionally professional whilst delivering stunning and delicious food that was 5 star restaurant quality in the comfort of our holiday home. It was a pleasure to experience our culinary journey with him and would recommend in a heart beat.

We had an excellent time with our chef. The menu options were original and extensive, and the food served was outstanding. The evening was made even better for how effortless the chef made the experience - from the moment he arrived, we were all free to relax as he sorted himself in the kitchen and served a wonderful meal. We were very impressed with how clean he’d left everything after the meal, too. All in, this was a top class experience, and we would definitely look to hire this service again.

Great food. Well presented. Chef explained the different items really nicely when serving and cleaned up everything really well afterwards. A very experience overall.

This was my third experience with DineIndulge and definitely the best so far. Dashan could not be faulted in his professional but friendly manner and all three courses were delicious. The feedback from everyone was very positive and the only negative was from one guest who thought there should have been a slightly longer gap between each course.

Never used a private chef service before but DineInduldge and our chef, Edouard, exceeded all our expectations. Extremely thorough organisation, friendly expert chef and good food. What’s not to like!

Food was delicious - starters, mains, and desserts. Chef Lee was professional and friendly. He allowed for more time for travelling and ensured that he got to the venue early so he could get familiar with the kitchen and begin preparing for the meal. We all enjoyed the food and had a wonderful time.

Portion Sizes were small, with no opportunity for seconds. Only one of our group did not finish his plate and he was 5. Plates were cold, and as the some of the food was not warmed enough this an issue. The taste and presentation of the food was excellent. Clearly there was no issue with wastage!!! Clean up was excellent, Though neither of our Chefs washed all the glasses. This chef washed the Champagne Flutes that I had removed from the table. The Illes Flotante were loved by everyone.

Peter our chef was brilliant. We chose the relax Tapas menu for our Sons’ 40th Birthday celebrations - have to say the food was delicious, cooked & served to perfection. The family loved everything, thank you, made our weekend. Kitchen was left very clean & tidy. Would highly recommend.

The food was excellent quality and very well prepared. The chef was on time with all aspects of the meal and left the kitchen immaculate. He was also very friendly. We were very happy with our service and would highly recommend.

Chef Remy was the perfect addition to my 50th birthday party. He was punctual, friendly, and delivered amazingly presented and tasty food that was loved by my guests. He really added a \'wow factor\' to the day that I know everyone will be talking about for a long time! Highly recommended.

There were 11 of us 6 adults and 5 children. Sadly we were told that ordering childrens portions may result in under fed children! So we paid for more adults and less children. In fact we were given enough food for 22 adults!! Waste galour! Frustrated by the waste of such gorgeous food!!! A nasty trick by DineIndulge to get more money!! Romuald Moreau , our Chef, was amazing he dealt perfectly with the grandchildren and could not have provided better service. I’d suggest requesting him if you are any where near Bourg Achard or Rouen!!! I would also recommend ignore messages from DineIndulge that push you to increase the number of Adults!!!

Expensive but just what we expected so worth it.
