We booked dineinduldge for my cousins hen do in Bath. The whole process was smooth, really helpful customer service via email prior to booking, answered all my questions etc. The service on the night was fantastic, the food was delicious and there was so much of it! Caspa was great, so friendly and very professional. He arrived in plenty of time to do all the prep etc and didn’t mind us keep getting in the way to get drinks etc! He left the kitchen exactly as he found it, he was great. Would definitely use again if the opportunity came up.

In terms of the taste of the food - there were clean plates all around the table - it was simply delicious. In relation to the experience with dineindulge unfortunately, due to a chef pulling out and very late notice we had to change the date of our event which was disappointing and I would have expected a phone call earlier on in the process to flag the issue and work it through rather than an email (which I didn’t see until close to the date). For that reason we had a chef - Rory - who stepped in last minute. We had to change the date of the event which meant due to earlier travel kids weren’t asleep for the special event. Rory however was really accommodating and shifted course start times to help flex to distillation with the children. I know it was one of his first occasions and irking with dine indulge and we all gave him so much praise for picking up somebody else’s menu last minute, travelling to the event and really stepping up to the challenge. Rory was really personable and got straight stuck in with the tools and facilities available at venue. We had a truly lovely evening and didn’t even have to worry about clearing up after. if Rory wanted to make the even extra special going forwards he could think about the finer details and finishing touches to make the event feel extra special (e.g. I hadn’t thought to bring any serviettes and hadn’t expected to lay the table etc.). The be presentation could be a bit more refined and whilst we weren’t complaining the pre dessert portion was on the large side. All minor though in the grand scheme of things we had a good experience with Rory but may not book with dine indulge again due to the issues we had with booking.

Where do we start! Our Chef was exemplary from start to finish! He made the whole experience a pleasure - his explanations, his professionalism, his engagement, not to mention his food - it was exquisite!! He made it unforgettable and we’ll definitely be doing it again!

Had Thai for my birthday with friends 24 Feb in Welling. Chef was on time. Super lovely, friendly and made the whole experience wonderful. We loved the starters, the mains were still good but could do with a little \'something\' more to up the flavour. He was really conscientious about the allergies a couple of my guests had. Overall great experience, highly recommend!

Chef Danish was amazing! Really personable and a delight to have join us for a special occassion. The food was incredible and everyone in the party said it was some of the best food they\'ve ever tasted. Every steak was cooked perfectly.

Seb and Lauren were amazing, from the pre-event call to check that everything was ok, through to arrival exactly on time, which is reassuring when you have 12 hungry guests waiting! Seb said on the call that they were flexible, and they certainly proved that by professionally managing the several adjustments that had been agreed in advance and by helping with table laying and with an additional request on the day, all much appreciated. The communication was excellent throughout and although working in a small space, the food was plated and on the table on time. It was delicious, both starters and mains being very well received, and with good size portions which was great as we had lots of men carnivores at the table, all with healthy appetites! The best recommendation is that all of the guests said that given the opportunity, they would book the experience themselves. The support team are also deserving of appreciation as all my questions were dealt with calmly and professionally, and response times were very fast. I cannot fault Louis for the superb meal he cooked for us on Saturday. Everything was perfect, down to the loading of the dishwasher and the clearing of the kitchen at the end of the meal. The only thing I would do differently another time would be to specify all the guests\' dislikes on the portal, even if they did not seem to be relevant to the menu. That way, if the chef makes minor changes to the menu on the day, those dislikes can be taken into account.

The kitchen of the holiday home was not easy to,work in amd Chris did a great job.

I had a great experience with this company from start to finish. Very easy to contact when I wanted to make changes on the menu and very helpful over the phone and via email. Tony our chef was very professional and friendly. The food was fantastic and plenty of it! Tony left us to it to eat and take our time to enjoy the food and then cleared everything away at the end. Peter was amazing - what an amazing chef and truly lovely gentleman. He could not have been more professional. He spoke to us but didn’t intrude, he discussed Hungarian wine which was fascinating. He is an amazing ambassador for your company.

We would highly recommend this company. Excellent communication from before making the actual booking and ever since. Good choice of menus and reasonably priced to. Paul, our chef, was fantastic. Arrived early, very professional, food delicious, and presentation of every dish was 1st class. Nothing was too much trouble for him and the attention to details was amazing. The whole experience was so relaxing and gave us time as a family to sit, talk and celebrate my husband 60th Birthday. It was like bringing in a high-quality restaurant experience into our holiday accommodation. My husband was blown away by the whole experience. My son-in-law said it was the best restaurant food his eaten in a long time. I would definitely recommend doing this experience for a special occasion.. roll on the next big occassion.

Cayetana and Alex looked after us very well. They were flexible for us with our timings and the food they made us was first rate. Cayetana was passionate about the food and ran through the dished as he served them, which was a lovely touch. I would highly recommend them.
