Steve our private chef provided and outstanding meal with great customer service. He too the time to talk to us explain and describe what we were eating. He really made the whole experience feel personal and special

I had sent details to Dineindulge of how to find the holiday letting as it was in the middle of a village and difficult to find. These were annoyingly not passed onto the chef. We had no phone reception either so that when he tried to call to ask for direction\'s he couldn\'t get either contact. This could have been avoided. However, the evening was fab and the food appetising. Nice special Birthday celebration.

The Chef and the food on the night were both excellent, and we were very grateful for their services. The administrative systems up to that point were less good, partly because of the lack of clarity on what options were or were not available when combining menus and because of the charging structure - that is charging the higher of the cost of the two menus that were combined rather than taking an average cost. Insisting upon the higher cost may make your systems easier to manage and give you a higher profit but made this customer at least feel rather ill-used.

Fantastic meal, friendly chef and a clean kitchen at the end, what more could you want?!

Our only bit of feedback would be that we felt we weren’t given enough time between courses, felt a bit rushed. It was a five course dining experience and we started eating approx 8:15 and were finished approx 9:40

The whole experience end to end was fantastic. We can not fault it. From booking the event online, there was regular contact and we were kept informed of each step and key dates and deadlines. On the day the Chef made contact to check final details. Chef Ryan was amazing, he engaged with the whole family, was a pleasure to talk to, he explained the menu and everything was left tidy. Would definitely recommend and use this website again. Chef Ryan made our birthday celebration even more special. A massive thank you
