Ryan is an excellent Chef - very easy to work with, and just the right level of interaction with myself and guests. Every course was superb, and all-round decent value. Only constructive feedback would be to have a slightly lighter amuse-bouche. Dine-indulge website, menus etc - very easy to use. Will definitely use again.

-no lamb dish provided which is what we were looking forward to the most - the chicken was pre made in Tupperware and warmed up and didn’t have any of the ingredients such as quince glaze. There was some other dry chicken breast also provided. - there was no salsa with the crab cakes so everything was just dry -the potato salad was just potatoes without the carrot side dish. -there was no red chicory either. No other veg option provided so she just had the sides

What an amazing experience! Our chef was on time, professional, friendly and cooked a stunning meal. Every course was a treat to the eye and palate. She left my kitchen looking clean and tidy. Some of the potatoes with the lamb were not cooked properly, still hard. More veg with the sea bass as not much. A piece of broccoli perhaps. The sticky toffee and chocolate puddings were absolutely amazing!!!

there was no halloumi as stated on the vegetarian menu. The buffet style presentation meant things went cold quickly. Was kind to offer eggs in different ways

Well organized and experienced chefs, churned out a fantastic three course meal that delighted all my guests and left some craving seconds. Both chefs were very polite and very approachable and provided an excellent service which made the evening even more relaxed. Will definitely book again for any future events.
