I had a query which was sorted straight away I spoke to customer service who were extremely helpful. The chef arrived on time he was lovely, very efficient and explained what the meals contained, presented it beautifully and made the whole evening enjoyable. Our guests said "everyone needs a Joe in their lives" and he was right

The whole experience from start to finish was epic; the ease of booking, choosing, suggestions, taking the time to explain things, communication…perfect. On the day nothing was a problem for Jonny our chef, he was a great laugh and more importantly his food was top notch. I’d use dine indulge again in a heartbeat.

The chef and the quality of the food was lovely. We did clear the table ourselves in between courses as it felt the right thing to do when he was busy preparing food. I found the process of booking rather confusing and limited in terms of adapting menus.

He was happy to explain what he was doing, why and how things affect the taste whilst prepping and cooking. Very engaging and we throughly enjoyed ourselves as a result.

Chef was brilliant very accommodating of our timings, friendly and made the event very special.

The courses were very quick in succession with very little time between meaning by the final course we were really full. It also meant the experience was over in an hour and a half. The beef on both courses was tough. My friend had a steak with Dine indulge a few weeks prior and raved about it being melt in the mouth - we weren’t asked how we would like the steak cooked. The chef himself was very friendly and professional and overall it was a great experience and would definitely book again. Just those few little tweaks. Thanks so much for a great night.

I booked the \'Relax - Grill\' set menu for a group of 12 at my sister\'s festival themed hen do and it was absolutely perfect. The food was incredible, the chef\'s were so friendly and professional and the whole experience was stress free. The portions were really generous, and presented beautifully, plus no issues catering for a dairy free portion. Wouldn\'t hesitate to use again, already passed on the details to a few girls in our group. Thanks so much!

After reading so many positive reviews we felt disappointed and let down from having our event cancelled by DineIndulge twice however they and our private chef definitely redeemed themselves. The team were always courteous, apologised profusely for our initial poor experience and offered fair compensation. I must admit, I was sceptical as to whether the meal would go ahead during the run up to the rescheduled date and even worried on the day that the chef may not arrive, so had a back up plan in place. However once Vlad was onsite my mind was immediately at ease. He was punctual and very friendly, having a chat with us for a short while before getting to know our kitchen. Then he set to work cooking a fantastic meal. Our guests (and us) all commented about the wonderful aromas and when each course was served, the presentation and taste were exceptional. One guest in particular, who by his own admission is a ‘fussy’ eater, enjoyed his meal very much and was delighted to compliment Chef. Vlad was happy to discuss the dishes with us, explaining a little about the ingredients, which was a lovely touch as you wouldn’t get that kind of one to one interaction with the chef in a busy restaurant. The evening was a great success and we would consider booking again in the future.

The food tasted great and our chef was really friendly and cleaned up everything beautifully. The only slight downside was how quick the experience was for a 3 course meal – it was just 50 minutes between the first course being served and the chef leaving.

Our chef Joshua was an absolute delight to deal with everything was Perfect, he arrived at 5.30 as promised and served the 1st course ( the Amuse ) at 7.30 it was absolutely delicious as were the next 5 courses, he explained each course as he served them and answered any questions our guests asked. He left the kitchen perfectly clean all equipment put away and the dishwasher loaded and going before he left. I would not hesitate to recommend Joshua and Dineindulge as all our guests really enjoyed the evening. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Sam was so wonderful and really made the evening feel special for everyone. All the food was delicious - high quality and all dietary requirements dealt with seamlessly. I would highly recommend and would definitely book again in the future!
