We would have liked the Seabass to have had a crispy skin.

The food was delicious! Our chef was lovely despite not speaking that much English. One thing was that he was quite late and I had to chase you guys to get an update as we had no info on his name or how to get hold of him.

The chef was good and the food was fine but the booking process and several last minute changes with dates, chefs and menus was not good. I would not bother booking Dine Indulge again if it would be like that again.
