Krzysztof and his team were fantastic - very professional and some beautifully tasty dishes served on time. Wine pairing was also excellent. Online platform was really easy to use.

We give the Chef full marks, especially as our menu had to suit family with varied dietary requirements.

Jayne was very good and everyone enjoyed the experience. However, one guest (the bride to be) is gluten free. I made sure that the notes and her menu choices had this included. However, when Jayne arrived, she said she wasn’t aware of the dietary requirement. Jayne had to use ingredients we luckily had in our fridge to change the starter and create a whole new dessert. With dietary requirements being so important now I do think you need to change your process to ensure your chefs are aware of any dietary requirements that are highlighted. If we didn’t have any ingredients in our fridge, the main person of our event wouldn’t have had a complete starter or dessert.

Marc did a great job, communicated well, accommodated a number of food allergies and preferences. The food was great and we all had an enjoyable experience.

(see our email below) 1: Food Taste......overall it was average 2 : Food Presentation....average 3 : Chef Professionalism...inexperienced 4 : Overall Experience...very disappointing We are writing to you regarding our dining experience with your company which took place last Saturday, 12th February at 9, Mortimer Road W13 8ng. It was my husband’s birthday celebration. You have asked for some feedback and although it was an enjoyable evening we feel, on the whole, very disappointed, especially with the quality of the food. Before listing our disappointments, we would firstly like to add that the chef was a delightful young man, we did tip him at the end of the evening, however we felt that he was very much lacking in experience. Here are our reasons of disappointment... 1/ The chef arrived late (unfortunately the same time as our guests were arriving) which caused us some stress. 2/ The main course was served on cold plates as were all the hot courses and therefore nothing served was ever hot enough.) 3/ The lamb option consisted of one very much undercooked chop (hardly a roasted lamb rack as described on the menu!) 4/ We question exactly how much of the menu was prepared freshly as some of it arrived pre-cooked/ready to be heated. 5/ In general, the quality of the food and presentation was not of the high standard that we were expecting and our guests unfortunately did not receive the experience that we had hoped and promised them. On the plus side, we appreciated that the guests could choose their own menus/options and preparations/communications on your side leading up to the evening were very good. The Chef and his assistant cleared up very well at the end of the evening but the food experience itself was not a good one and definitely did not live up to the value of the £569 (plus £50 tip) that we paid. Edwin is totally professional, knowledgeable about his menu and has a lovely demeanour - it was wonderful to watch him cook and even better to eat such fantastic food. The whole experience made for a lovely personal dinner party, thank you so much.

The chefs Michael and Louis were amazing! The way they interacted with us, to the presentation, and the food was delicious and we couldn’t have had a better experience with them! Would recommend them all the time!

Our chef SAM was on time, very communicative and so polite. He explained the meals and answered all of our questions with ease. Sam even swept after he cooked!

Most dishes except the main course felt like they needed a bit more seasoning. Chef didn’t have a huge amount of personality but was good at cooking! Would have been nice if they knew what wine went with what dish and could pour that too.

Darrick was great! Super friendly and helpful, really attentive and we had a wonderful dinner, all round. Can\'t believe how quickly he cleaned up as well! We will definitely use the service again in the future.

Really great evening. Andy was friendly and professional, and left the kitchen immaculate afterwards. Food was very tasty and the whole evening went as smooth as it could have. The only thing my family said was that they felt a bit rushed, the courses were very quick after each other with not much breathing time in between, so that would be my only constructive feedback. Overall, really happy with the service and food. I have already booked through DineIndulge for another event in a few months!

Our chef Jose was brilliant from start to finish. I had clear information along the way and nothing was too much trouble. The food Jose served us was outstanding. He was fabulous and a great character! The kitchen was also left in immaculate condition! I will definitely be using this company again!

Had a wonderful experience. Food was prepared on time, the whole menu was gluten free and no one could tell the difference.
