Excellent experience overall.

We really enjoyed the experience and the foodThe chef arrived on time and was very personable however we werent offered have an amuse bouche or a pre dessert which was disappointing.I thought by booking the deluxe menu we would have had all courses. The fire alarm was set off which we thought was the creme brulee but after the chef had left we found the specialised cover on the aga had been burnt..I will send a photo on a separate email.We have had to order one to replace it.We were one missing in our party but we were only offered an additional steak.

Great food. Chef Ben is obviously very talented and prepared an excellent birthday meal for my wife and family. We would definitely book again.

14 adults had an amazing meal prepared by our chef for a 40th birthday. Very impressed with the quality of the food prepared and the professionalism of the chef. Wonderful evening. Service from dine2indulge also great - replied promptly to any queries.

It was just perfect. Ro was superb - didn’t even panic when the power went off! The food was amazing, he was friendly and so easy to work with. Everyone really enjoyed the food . The breakfast panacotta and the lamb at dinner were stand- out. He tidied everything up and made such a difference to the day. Thank you - you made my Husband’s 60th very special.

Starter lost heat when brought to table! For the price, the portions were quite small asp considering it was all vegetarian! Disappointing that there were no side dishes e.g. Thai prawn crackers with the curry! The curry was quite spicy and this was not advertised! The chef, Phillip was great! He was very accommodating when one of our guests changed their meal last minute! Phillip was clean and tidy and took the stress off the hosts! Everyone enjoyed the food!

Butler was amazing! But when booked was 17 of us and was suggested to pay for 2 butlers which we did. If you have a party of over 10 it’s definitely worth having 2. The downside is even with two with a party of 20 it takes 2 hours to eat a starter and main and for them to serve drinks so the games they said to provide we had no time for. I think 1 butler for 4 hours or for the butlers to arrive after you’ve ate is best. The chef needed to arrive earlier then the butlers. But can’t fault the butlers they were very professional and done a good job just fault to the company as surely they should have known this.

Our chef was very good. Punctual, professional and was very easy to talk to. Just a bit of additional information I thought I would let you know, I have booked private chefs before and paid a similar amount, they bring their own cutlery and table set up along with more than 2 servings of each meal (except dessert). So you get a better experience and not left hungry. That was one of the main comments passed onto me from my event. Other than that it was lovely. If more food was provided rather than number of courses I would recommend.
