Mark was absolutely fantastic, very friendly, very accommodating (especially with all our different dietary needs) and very discreet! The food was so tasty and he was calm and professional the whole time. He also left a very clean kitchen at the end. We could not have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend. Rob was fantastic and the Food was cooked and presented to a high end restaurant standard. We would definitely use again but if I could improve in 1 way I think it is better when there is 2 people, 1 chef and then 1 serving drinks, etc, thanks again.

We enjoyed having Tim cook for us. He is clearly a very good chef. Couple of observations would have improved things for us. Firstly the service was quite rushed - we asked him to slow down but 10 courses we served in just over 2 hours! Would also suggest plates are warmed as food got cold very quickly. Some ingredients from a couple of courses were missing or substituted. And where used, the gelatin (panna cotta and jelly) was heavy handed.
