The food was absolutely delicious and well presented. The chef was professional and unobtrusive but friendly and informative. A most enjoyable experience, thank you.

Customer service is five star. keep you well informed so reduce stress and anxiety levels. Jules, our chef messaged me at the agreed times and kept me informed. Some dishes were not available but we agreed replacements. she produced fabulous food from a domestic kitchen, cleared away and washed up. Absolute six star service, well she did go the extra mile!!

Had an amazing night. The food was fantastic, presented beautifully and Nick our chef made it a night to remember. The night nearly didn’t happen due to our original chef getting covid but Dine Indulge did everything they could to sort a replacement. We originally booked the signature Menu but due to last minute cancellation of our chef we were offered the reduced express Italian menu (free of charge), It turned out better than we could of imagined. Will definitely book again. Thankyou for a perfect evening celebrating our friends 40th.

Food and chef were amazing. My only comments would around the wine pairing box. We felt it was unnecessary to have a white and red with both the starter and main courses. It was too much. Also when picking the wine the supplier had provided a white instead of the red listed for the starter.

Please could you ask your chefs to scrape the plates as clean as possible before loading dishwasher. The filter got blocked and a lot had to be rewashed

One of the reasons for choosing your company was being able to view menus and prices. We had a tricky group to accommodate for, so being able to see the menus really helped. Booking experience was a little tricky, but that was because we needed to book further in advance, but you helped us navigate that by finding a suitable date and time. The wine flight not arriving was disappointing, however again you communicated with us on that. Having never used this type of experience before we weren\'t sure what to expect, however it was a great evening. The vegan tasting menu was delicious (although mains a bit spicy for most of us). Gluten free handled perfectly, from ordering to eating. And the clearing up was perfect, kitchen was spotless. Chef was great, very polite and the food looked and tasted amazing.

Overall very good and really helpful team organising the event. Will use again.

Charles, our chef was excellent - tasty food, clean and proficient. Wrapped all food up afterwards and left the kitchen clean. Unfortunately I was told I had to change my dining day from a Saturday only 2 weeks before my when I had booked the event many months previously. I was given a small discount and thankfully I was able to move things around but future guests should expect to dine on the date that has been confirmed.

Paul arrived on time and was very personable throughout. He talked us through each dish as he served it and made it a very special evening for us. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and would definitely do it again!

Hi Dine indulge, I just wanted to send an email following the dinner party we had last saturday. Bernard was absolutely brilliant, he was stuck in traffic on route but kept us updated. The food was really well presented and very tasty. The only slight hiccup was that the information about the gluten free diners was somehow confused? Myself and Harrie spoke to Azzurra about the gluten free desserts - Azzurra informed us that the GF diners would have the Chocolate Delice instead of the sticky toffee so as to preserve the quality of the STP. We confirmed that was absolutely fine, and both guests were happy with that. On the night both GF dinners were served the sticky toffee. Bernard said it was GF - which I\'m sure it was - but as one of the diners is Coeliac and very very seriously allergic to gluten she, understandably, did not want to risk trying the sticky toffee - or the other desert in case there was gluten in it. The other desert - the dark chocolate delice - also wasn\'t quite what we were expecting. Which added to the confusion. It was a shame this mix up slightly ruined the end of what was otherwise a brilliant meal. Best wishes, Laura
