One of the reasons for choosing your company was being able to view menus and prices. We had a tricky group to accommodate for, so being able to see the menus really helped. Booking experience was a little tricky, but that was because we needed to book further in advance, but you helped us navigate that by finding a suitable date and time. The wine flight not arriving was disappointing, however again you communicated with us on that. Having never used this type of experience before we weren\'t sure what to expect, however it was a great evening. The vegan tasting menu was delicious (although mains a bit spicy for most of us). Gluten free handled perfectly, from ordering to eating. And the clearing up was perfect, kitchen was spotless. Chef was great, very polite and the food looked and tasted amazing.

Charles, our chef was excellent - tasty food, clean and proficient. Wrapped all food up afterwards and left the kitchen clean. Unfortunately I was told I had to change my dining day from a Saturday only 2 weeks before my when I had booked the event many months previously. I was given a small discount and thankfully I was able to move things around but future guests should expect to dine on the date that has been confirmed.

Paul arrived on time and was very personable throughout. He talked us through each dish as he served it and made it a very special evening for us. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and would definitely do it again!

Hi Dine indulge, I just wanted to send an email following the dinner party we had last saturday. Bernard was absolutely brilliant, he was stuck in traffic on route but kept us updated. The food was really well presented and very tasty. The only slight hiccup was that the information about the gluten free diners was somehow confused? Myself and Harrie spoke to Azzurra about the gluten free desserts - Azzurra informed us that the GF diners would have the Chocolate Delice instead of the sticky toffee so as to preserve the quality of the STP. We confirmed that was absolutely fine, and both guests were happy with that. On the night both GF dinners were served the sticky toffee. Bernard said it was GF - which I\'m sure it was - but as one of the diners is Coeliac and very very seriously allergic to gluten she, understandably, did not want to risk trying the sticky toffee - or the other desert in case there was gluten in it. The other desert - the dark chocolate delice - also wasn\'t quite what we were expecting. Which added to the confusion. It was a shame this mix up slightly ruined the end of what was otherwise a brilliant meal. Best wishes, Laura

Fabio and his colleague delivered an incredible meal - they were highly professional, very keen to fit with any preferences, and the food was absolutely amazing. Their friendly and talented approach made our family get-together meal very special indeed.

Phil and Lauren were a great team and did an excellent job! They really made our stay in York special and we can’t thank them enough.

Josh was warm and friendly and played a good set of games with us.

Unfortunately, you gave our chef Oliver a completely wrong postcode (BH9 instead of BH19) which sent him about 15 miles off course. By the time we had established this, given him the correct address, and he had got to us it was an hour and a half late. He seemed a little flustered (unsurprisingly) but did an great job all things considered and served us just before 8. It is very fortunate we had booked an early sitting or it would have been a complete disaster. As it is we had a very hungry and disruptive 8-year-old to deal with during our meal, which would not have been the case had we eaten at the requested time. So, nothing to do with the chef himself, but more attention to detail required in the organisation. There was also a little inflexibility and unresponsiveness with respect to our request to reduce the headcount (due to CV19) a few days before the event, but this is perhaps more understandable.

Absolutely wonderful experience, all the guests would agree. Relaxed atmosphere, Jules and Alicia working hard in the back ground and producing wonderful food. Would highly recommend. Thanks for a lovely evening with 5* food and service.
