Gio was great - super professional and an excellent cocktail maker - would definitely book again!

I want to start by saying that the overall experience was very positive but have a couple of suggestions that would improve the experience in a few areas. Chef Michel was excellent. The food was exceptional for a 10 course menu. Was concerned it would not live up to expectations beforehand but greatly exceeded them. There were some issues with communication on gluten free ingredients but he went above and beyond to source these on the day so all guests could have the same experience. On this basis, one key recommendation would be to allow the host to print out mini menu cards with each person\'s name on the top and their menu selections. As we had all chosen the menu\'s individually and four weeks ago, there were some courses where we couldn\'t remember who ordered what. If this was possible, it would make things easier for the chef when serving and avoid arguments about who ordered what. In terms of the menu selection, it was clear the chef had been told about some courses where gluten free options had been selected but was not aware that one person in the group had an allergy. Therefore in the menu selection, it would be helpful to have a comments section for each selection where the guest can say GF on each item, or if there are any one specific element in that course they don\'t eat e.g. no rhubarb. It would have also been an added touch for DineIndulge, on seeing that one person had selected Gluten Free to call the host to confirm the details ahead of the meal to ensure the menu can be clearly communicated to the chef. Whilst these are small details, they would have avoided confusion at the actual event. Overall, thank you for an amazing evening!

Sarah was extremely competent, arrived on time and cooked the food excellently. Most of our party had steak which was cooked as requested. She was very pleasant and professional at all times and we would have no hesitation in using the service again.

The chef was very accommodating and charming to all guests while the taste and presentation of the food was absolutely fabulous. The only fly in the ointment is we were expecting a full clean-down service which we don\'t think we received - we spent a fair while washing up and cleaning the floor which was incredibly messy. As I said, chef and food were brilliant, so it was a shame that this let the experience down.

This was an overall excellent experience. Our chef couldn’t have been more accommodating and professional. He explained every course and my kitchen was spotless when he left.

The first one arrived at 15:57 from time of phone call the other 5 to 10 mins after which meant that when the girls arrived the butlers weren’t ready so they had to drive around the block twice. They’d also left dead on 6 even though they were late. Previous butler experience meant we were expecting a few more games Everyone enjoyed the event, they were both lovely, polite and professional

We can’t praise Flo highly enough. The food was absolutely delicious and all the guests commented as much, including one who is himself a chef! Particular favourites were the mackerel rillettes, the mini Yorkshire puddings, the salmon, the Thai chicken, the lamb, the GF pressed chocolate cake and the tarts. Everything flowed really well and we couldn’t be more delighted with how it went. We’d book Flo again without hesitation.

We booked the meal for our wedding and the chef, Georgina, and her sister were in themselves absolutely delightful and the food they cooked for us all was outstanding. I couldn’t praise them more. Our only observation was in the booking, we found the information given about vegan options was confusing and in reality vegans and vegetarians only had one option unless everyone had the vegan menu.

A friend told me about booking through Dine Indulge and I am so glad I did. Communication has been excellent and the team were more than accommodating when I mentioned a food allergy and pregnant lady were part of our party. Our chef Hemant was a LEGEND, he was so warm and friendly - we were a party of 20 and everyone loved him! He phoned me before hand to say what time he’d arrive, he served DELICIOUS food with the help of his lovely colleague Donna, with perfect timing between each course. They even gave us all the left over food they’d prepared and left the kitchen spotless. Really professional, excellent service. If I were to book an event again I’ll definitely be asking for Hemant!
