Punctual, polite , helpful and good fun

Not what we paid for as lobster changed to prawns. Ox cheek not as described and scallop was not a single scallop as per all the photos but the tiny ones you get in Aldi. We spent a lot of time planning this party getting menu choices and to be presented with prawns with almost all 17 people asking where the lobster was is not good. Prior knowledge would have been bad news but to leave it to chance on presentation at the table was the chef trying to get away with it. Having a downgrade in food content is not what you would expect at any meal and this has put us off a return visit. The only saving grace was the food we had was good which saved us from to much embarrassment.

Peter was very friendly and professional. He called to say he was on his way. The food was excellent and he cleared up so no work at all for us! Highly recommended

Robin did a great job again - he cooked for us 2 years ago in the Dordogne. He\'s a great chap and his cooking is excellent. The DineIndulge booking system and administration processes are also very good.

Our chef cooked to an exceptionally high standard and surpassed all expectations. He was extremely professional and friendly and we highly recommend him to other clients.

The vegetarian portions were very small and we would have appreciated more fresh veg. Otherwise it was an excellent evening much enjoyed by us all

Chef turned up looking quite scruffy. He was pleasant enough but not particularly professional in his approach. Guests who had fish main were almost finished before steaks were served Biggest problem was when crime brûlée was brought in -he said oh it hasn’t set at the side. When I pointed out that there was no caramelised sugar on top he said he forgot his blow torch. No apologies given. The creme pat was not set at all so we had a dish of runny custard with some fruit on top. Unacceptable really
