Nigel was really kind, helpful and courteous. He made the best of very poor BBQ apparatus at our rented holiday home and took over from my husband so he could enjoy our party instead of being over the grill. Glad to have booked him. A really nice man and the prawns were mega.

Mbark went out of his way to make the experience memorable, personalising the evening for us and even solving our problems with the fireplace while reducing a jus! His food was sublime, and his presence perfectly balanced.

Our chef Lewis was absolutely excellent, very professional but also friendly and helpful. He cooked an amazing meal, it was beautifully presented and he made it a hugely enjoyable and memorable occasion for us. This was important as it was a surprise celebration for my husband to mark his 70th birthday while our extended family were all together for a holiday in Angelsey. Indeed, it was probably the highlight of the holiday! And to top it all, Lewis left the kitchen immaculate – if I hadn\'t seen it with my own eyes, I don\'t think I would have believed someone had just prepared a 3 course meal for 7 in it.

Jonny was fantastic. Polite and helpful. Said what the food was. Explained how it was made and the ingredients to the children in the party. He helped make the surprise even better as he became part of the entertainment and added to overall enjoyment of the evening. It’s the first time we had hired a private Chef and it was absolutely fantastic

Our Chef was friendly but professional, produced and served us amazingly delicious food, beautifully presented and he cleaned/tidied up perfectly when finished. I can\'t fault any part of the experience and my husband said it helped to make his 60th family birthday party everything he could have wanted.

Nigel was fantastic. He phoned ahead to let us know he will be able to arrive early as we originally requested, and this was very welcome. Once at the house, Nigel showed his professionalism throughout and took care of everything. We found him friendly and completely accommodating as to when we were ready for each course. The food itself was incredible. High quality taste and presentation for each course and everyone around the table loved it. Nigel left the kitchen clean and tidy before packing up and leaving. We were all extremely happy with the experience and would love to high Nigel again for a home dinning experience.

We booked for a family get together of 14 on holiday and were so impressed with the ease of booking and options for the menu. On the day Ray our chef arrived and was so pleasant and quick to set up and start cooking. Ray prepared an amazing meal for us, explained all of the dishes and cleared down the kitchen spotlessly whilst we enjoyed our family gathering. So impressed we have booked again for another night! Amazing service and food

Charles was excellent!! He came on time, started everything from scratch, from laying out the table to topping off the 5-course meal with a great dessert. All of us got our choice tastefully done to his/her specifications. The beef was fine quality with a story and the seabream was done perfectly. Those who opted for the vegetarian starters were as satisfied as those who went for the seafood one. It was my wife\'s 60th and the family had a superb sumptuous meal. Charles did a proficient job, his expertise did come forth, we found him very warm & friendly, he stayed back till it was all over and the entire kitchen was left spick & span.
