Michael was an interesting man who made it clear what he needed from us and then delivered our meal with complete professionalism. We particularly appreciated his verbal introduction to each course - in his native French accent. - all part of the show and it all added to a splendid lunch that really made the birthday for my wife and our family.

Our chef Charles arrived promptly and was friendly and professional. We had a lovely evening and the food that Charles served was delicious, he thought of our 5 year old who had the same meal but was a smaller portion. Moreover the kitchen was left in an immaculate condition. I would highly recommend.

Booked with Dineindulge for my partner’s 40th birthday celebration with his family. Our chef Mbark and his wife were extremely friendly and professional from the moment they arrived and left everything clean and tidy. The food quality and preparation was excellent - thank you Mbark for a lovely evening. My only complaint is that the menu is not as flexible for dietary intolerances, despite what the website says. The dish is largely kept the same except items can be substituted or omitted. Eg. The beef fillet in the main can be substituted for cauliflower. Unfortunately we felt the substitutions did take a way from the quality of the meal. But we had a great time anyway.

Marie was wonderful. She worked flawlessly around the challenges of the property kitchen, and we were blown away with an amazing meal. Ive never seen someone cook for 16 with only two working hobs! I was a little disappointed to start as one of our butlers had to cancel but enter conrad. He was absolutely fabulous, nothing was to much trouble he was friendly and fun, he chatted with every lady there and was very attentive my 73 year old mother was totally smitten. He really is an asset to your company, based on his performance I will be highly recommending your company to everyone. If all your butlers are as good as conrad I\'m sure you have a very successful business. Well done and thank you for making my sisters birthday so memorable. Angela Donlevy.

Austin was in touch prior to the event to confirm timings of the event. This enabled the party to plan the day effectively. Austin arrived promptly and introduced himself. After a quick tour of the facilities, Austin began the preparation. He confirmed the allergies and intolerances ahead of service and assured the party that each member was catered for. At dinner, Austin served each course, checking that the timings between courses was adequate. The food was beautifully presented, hot and tasted fresh. The satay sauce used in the starter was a firm favourite among the group, with many asking for the recipe! The chicken in the main course was moist and the purée was silky smooth. We finished off the meal with orange cake and espresso cream. Once again, it tasted delicious! As promised, Austin cleaned up dinner which allowed the group to continue with the evening. It is now a week since the event, and members of the group have continued to talk about the dining experience. On behalf of the group, I would like to say a sincere thank you to Austin for a fantastic evening. I would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family, or to book the experience again. Michael was wonderful- he just cracked on with the job. All of my guests enjoyed the food, and moreover it was so nice to enjoy the event and actually have the opportunity to speak to all of my friends. Would highly recommend and I’d certainly book again, next time I hold similar size party.

We were overall very happy with our experience. The reason why i have entered a 4 in overall was because of the following reasons. We felt that there could of been more gap in between each course to make more of an evening. It only took an hour and half for 5 course from staft to finish. Secondly i believe the prawns were put on the steak with gravey, instead of the seabream.

Our chef Rafik was fantastic, the food was exceptional and we all had a thoroughly enjoyable evening. We would definitely book again. Thank you so much!
